Now, the Nordic (main) 5s' relationships depend on who you ask, but as a general rule Finland is the outliner. I will say the majority of the Nordic fans view Nor/Den/Swe/Ice as related, with perhaps Norway and Iceland being the most obvious one in looks - but in general for the whole fandom it depends on what ships they like. Ladonia is commonly seen as Sweden's biological son, or sometimes youngest brother, while Sealand is usually either adopted by Sweden or live with him in a similar way to a foster kid.
[ Personally I really like Sealand joining the family, but not at the price of England. Way too many fics have England hate Sealand for no reason, which I personally hate with a passion. Because of this I tend to see it more like Sealand living with England, but also England and Sweden being close enough friends that England TRUSTS Sweden and doesn't mind Sealand having longer sleepovers with Ladonia at Sweden's place from time to time. Since I also hc Sweden to not work as much, focusing instead on being a dad, he likes helping out and let Sealand stay over with Ladonia when he knows England will be busy with meetings and other stuff. ]
For what it's worth I'm Swedish, and I usually put the main 5 as 100% blood- and bond siblings myself, but I've also seen half-siblings or cousins being used for them. [Usually split Nor-Ice and Den-Swe.] Finland, as mentioned earlier, is the outliner, usually put in role of "family by bond" and/or childhood friend, with some AUs having them meet later. It's worth noting that all of them are very close (now in modern days) though.
