Kinda sick and tired of people treating racism like it’s no big deal, and specifically especially sick and tired of people blindly crying “transmisogynistic harassment” whenever someone criticizes their favorite white trans woman for her racism.

More people are talking about TADC’s leaks in sympathy for Gooseworx than they are about her being silent on how she participated in racist jokes other than implying it was not “genuine” racism. Nobody seems to bring up Patricia “I am also limited in my ability to racially oppress due to being trans and disabled” Taxxon’s consistent racism, despite her becoming relevant again due to the latest incident with Hbomberguy. A lot of popular transfem bloggers on Tumblr have a history of racism too, but God forbid you bring it up.

I feel fucking crazy. What happened to “you are white before you are anything else”? So many popular trans women on here are specifically white trans women who you’re not allowed to point out have said racist shit that they still stand by, or you’re the bad person. You’re overreacting. You’re harassing a poor innocent white woman over nothing that actually matters, and you need to touch grass and learn what a real problem is. These women are allowed to wield their white woman tears by crying about how oppressed they are and how hard their lives are and how everybody is out to get them when criticized for racism, and people just BUY IT?? Not just buy it, but ENFORCE IT, harass others who DON’T buy it, accuse the ones who don’t buy it of, and I quote, LYNCHING her.

White trans women are not less likely to be racist than any other type of white person, but they’re treated like they are, and the notion they could be racist is treated as inherently ridiculous, defamatory, and transmisogynistic.

I think that some people need to come to grips with the fact that some of these women are blatantly, openly racist, and hide behind their disabilities/mental illnesses and their transness. We cannot be positioning white trans women as an authority on all systems of oppression, because white trans women are not the modern martyr for the oppressed voice. Black trans women have felt everything they have, 100 times worse. White trans women’s suffering is real, but suffering as a white woman is just so much different. And if we want the trans community to be safe for POC, we need to start actually calling racism from trans people out, instead of being the girl who cried transmisogynistic harassment campaign.

But this is the website that says a term coined by a Black trans woman to call out racism from white members of the transfem community is inherently transmisogynistic (even a transmisogynistic slur) and should never be used. So maybe I’m just talking to a (very racist) brick wall here.

• Sukuna is good at quadrobics.

• You know when pets sleep like they work a 9-5 even though they never worked for a penny in their life? Yeah, Nanami either sleeps like that or he sleeps like he’s in a coffin. Also he’s a light sleeper.

• Megumi shakes water out of his hair like a dog. And he loved animal documentaries as a kid.

• Catwoman fights like Mileena’s fighting style in MK11. Specifically MK11

• You know those cat claw looking things on Kitana, Mileena, Jade and maybe some other Edenians? I think that they’re kinda like Tamaraneans— related to a cat-like species. Their claws are strong but easy to break, like shark teeth. so they use those claw things for protection. They’re probably some martial art weapon but it’s cooler to think of it like that.

• And since they come from a cat-like species years ago, yes they can purr

• Also, Edenians get more powerful as they age. Both Edenian and Outworld time is wayyy slower than Earthrealm’s, so there’s a reason why Kitana whooped Shao Kahn in MK11 and Sindel can go against Cetrion.

Mischaracterization is so brutal to me, especially with a fictional goober you love with your entire being, because one day I'll just be looking for a very heart healthy fic and in the fic.

My favorite character has been entirely taken over by some skinwalker and transformed into a dark romance protagonist that's been pumped with roids and viagra, and if we aren't fucking on the floor in 0.3 seconds, they will throw something, or act out with the brutality of a grizzly bear on crack cocaine.

It's gotten to the point where it feels like I just left my dog at the groomers only to be given back a completely different dog altogether.

Not only has she been lied to her entire life by her “father” who murdered her actual dad and possibly raped her mother, but in her MK11 ending, when she restored Edenia, she realizes that she will NEVER belong in the place that she came from. Imagine trying to fit in the place where you were stolen from and you can’t fit in because your life was a LIE. also she was going to be replaced by Mileena because Shao wanted a more bloodthirsty daughter.

So, I know I'm not the only one obsessed with AdHoc's Dispatch and I definitely know I'm not the only one who spotted and was uncomfortable with Invisigal's behaviors

Ik Robert gave her the whole "your powers don't define you" speech, sure, but honestly she needs a talking to about boundaries.

I have ADHD, like Invisigal, and I'm 26, also like her. Not to mention, I've had times where I've had a crush and it morphed into a hyperfixation. So the urge to harass was definitely there, but I always tried to keep in mind that boundaries exist and people won't just fall for you or go out with you if you let them know you like them.

For instances where Invisigal *does* get Robert, it'd be good to talk to her about communicating and healthily discovering boundaries. In a relationship, some people may feel pressured to simply accept what happens because they think it's normal for the relationship. But being someone's significant other doesn't mean they can just trample your comforts or barge through your walls.

And in cases where she doesn't? Shit, I'll date her, but for the sake of being mentally healthy, I'd limit myself to friend support until she's healthy and happy. It hurts, but you have to process and get over rejections/breakups before jumping into another relationship.

Idk how the convo would go, idk if it would even go well, but I see a lot of myself in Invisigal and I don't like how people are excusing her behavior (do I even need to mention the locker scene?) because she has ADHD and "she's impulsive", because NEWS FLASH: I have ADHD, am super impulsive (especially with money) and I still have enough self control to evade THAT behavior.

Mental health is a reason. Not an excuse. If I did what she did, I'd have to face consequences, take responsibility and apologize. So please, if you see someone excusing her sexual assault because of ADHD, keep in mind an actual ADHD with similar symptoms and urges has managed just fine and not traumatized anyone.

She must have something worse going on, like sexual abuse from a young age, normalizing her to such behavior :(

Both criticizing the way the game (or rather Robert, I suppose as he’s the PC) handles her behavior whilst NOT demonizing or vilifying her.

Okay then why do I like pretty much all the other female characters and not invisigal? Coupé is literally my favorite and she's super underrated. She also gets way more hate than Visi on platforms like tiktok & twitter. I also ship Robert with most of the characters.

I could talk about Invisigal and consent/lack thereof, but even if I go through every option, piece of dialogue, and mindset that paints her in the best light possible I still find Visi really annoying in a way none of the other characters are. (And I had to take multiple breaks because of the dialogue giving me too much second hand embarrassment) I tried to give her a chance but her character motivations are not as interesting as people say they are. Even for a toxic, more "interesting" love interest: Invisigal is still really boring and vanilla.

Invisigal in my eyes is literally a predator for the forced kiss she does on Robert in the locker room and literally everything else she does to him.

And I’m not saying you can’t still like Invisigal. I’m just saying I don’t comprehend why anyone would, and I truly have no interest in hearing any arguments in defense of her.

And with harassment being on her criminal record, yk what? Sure! Give us a story about someone with that kinda dark past truly learning from their mistakes and wanting to become better. But goddamn I don’t think that’s what the creators of the game really envisioned and certainly didn’t achieve with Invisigal.
