Hi! You are currently reading the very first (I think) post of this Tumblr blog! I hope you are having a nice whenever you are reading this. :)
Before continuing, I'd like to remind you of the don't like, don't read policy. If this blog doesn't look like your sort of thing, simply hit the back button. If you abhor this blog and can't stand to see it, use the block feature.

If you're not yet sure and just wanted to scroll through to see what stuff gets posted, scroll away! Just remember that you can stop at any point; nobody is forcing you to view things you don't want to (at least I sincerely hope that's the case).
If you do like this blog, you can follow, I guess? I don't think I can stop you.
The general rule of life I try to follow (forgive me for promoting my philosophy) is that if your actions cause absolutely no harm of any sort to absolutely anything, you are free to do it. Of course, this is impossible to follow. For you to live, something else must die, and because I'd much rather all the nice people I'm sure you are stay alive, this rule clearly must be adjusted slightly.
The point I'm trying to make is, as long as what you enjoy doesn't harm or promote harm, I don't care. Just don't shove it in my face? Unless you want to infodump, that's usually fun, just, again, don't expect me to agree with your opinion. Agree to disagree, the Internet is a wide place after all.
This blog should be a safe space. (I’ve tried to rewrite this sentence multiple times to be more explicit, but I just can’t find the right words. Sorry, I don’t feel confident enough to stand up proud for what I believe in just yet.) To be entirely honest, personal/private information of that nature is none of my business. If you trust me with it, thank you, but please remember that nobody is entitled to it. Do not feel pressured to share unless you genuinely want to! I won’t stop you in that case. :)
I can't guarantee that I will perfectly uphold this view at all times. I'd love to, and I will try to, but I might slip up sometimes. I’m fine with this being pointed out, I don’t want to offend/hurt people and will try to amend my mistakes. Just be aware that I will stick to my guns if I think I’m in the right, you won’t force me to back down for being me.
If you are against any of this, kindly #%@! off and don't use me to support your views.
The following may change, but currently, anyone can reply to my posts, only blogs I follow can dm me, and only mutuals can @ me. Asks are also currently off (what would you even want to ask me anyway?). It may seem dumb of me to tell you all my settings, but I’m politely letting you know that I don’t want to get too involved. I’m happy to chat sometimes, but be prepared for me to never respond. On a side note, even if I don’t reply, there’s a high chance I might have read your comment anyway, so assuming it was nice and polite, thank you for commenting. I’m probably kicking my feet in joy somewhere. :)

With those formalities out of the way, welcome to my mess of a blog! It will probably mostly be a mess of reblogs of unrelated things, with rare occurrences of my own art and writings. Reblogs are fine, but please don’t repost my stuff and definitely don’t steal it. I really hope that my saying this is redundant and nobody would anyway, but better safe than sorry. Posts are most likely to be sporadic (sorry, not sorry). I have a lot of other things to do, and maintaining a social media profile is very low on my list.
Hm, let’s see, I went over tolerances, communication and the actual content. What is this introduction still missing…
Oh right! You can call me Sherbertia. Bye for now and enjoy your day :)
