Hiii! Could you please talk a bit about your Winx DR? For example, how transformations work, Alfea, and magic in general? Thanks in advance!

Yes ofc!

I haven’t shifted here yet so this is just how I envision it in my script.

With the transformations, I personally needed to have a transformation like in the show bc it was everything my five year old self ever wanted. But for convenience I made it so for everyone else around me, it is pretty much a flash of light and only last a few seconds.

Onto Alfea, I thought that it made the most sense for it to be like a posher school, so it’s mainly students who are royalty or come from important families, or if they have strong enough magic, they can get a scholarship. The classes are a mix of magic - including offensive, defensive, wild magic and other magic types I haven’t scripted yet. The other types of classes are more basic life skills and things to do with like royal history and politics.

With the dorms I made it so you can fit up to eight people in a dorm, with four bedrooms, a bathroom and a mini kitchen and living space in each dorm room/suite (I also scripted that the Winx suite was the nicest bc why not). I made it so for your first year you are randomly assigned to a room and dorm, but after that you can request who you want to room and live with for the other years - so for my dr I scripted that I share a room with Stella.

Like in the show, each fairy has their own individual magic, and I made it so that their magic is powered by energy created by their element. So for example, Stella magic is powered by the sun AND MOON (her moon powers need to be acknowledged) and I scripted that I’m the fairy of blood so my magic is a mix of bloodbending and magic powered by the heart and blood (I pretty much just mixed bloodbenders and heartrenders together.)

Then all fairies have like a base magic - being able to fly and transform, telekinesis, stuff like that, but even that magic is slightly different for every fairy as they might use different personally techniques and stuff to control their magic.

Everyone is saying that that for them the gauntlet is like a ninja warrior/wipeout type of thing. I just pictured like a massive go ape on the side of a bloody cliff.

Not even joking, that’s legit what I imagined.
