Okay so in reading the published After books by Anna Todd, thought I'd give them a try finally, and they're pretty good. I just need to say that everytime a character gets mad at Hardin for being pissed at his father I can't understand it.

Like...does no one understand how messed up this is? Hardin is traumatized and lives with the trauma every night but everyone just wants him to pretend it never happened. His parents never addressed it, especially his father. It personally pisses me off that Ken pretends it didn't happen honestly.

If I were Hardin I'd be pissed to even see his face and the fact people rag on him for not forgiving his father is just as messed up. I'm happy Trish has come to terms with it but that doesn't mean everything is okay.

I just think he should get a lot more slack for his reactions towards his father and people shouldn't be so quick to force their relationship because honestly there shouldn't be one after that night. Hardin's childhood and messed up and that's not gonna just go away because Tessa asked him to forget about it. That's not fair.

Another woman at the school put a black baby doll in a wooden coffin and protested with it outside the school, a sight that Bridges Hall has said “scared me more than the nasty things people screamed at us.” At her mother’s suggestion, Bridges began to pray on the way to school, which she found provided protection from the comments yelled at her on the daily walks.”

when peter proves that he is ready, that he has learned from his mistakes, and learned that he can be a hero without the suit, tony offers him to become an avenger and gives him the suit back

I don’t use the same editing program, but from my experience, the bottom half typically covers the audio while the top half is video. So it’s likely those longer pieces are uninterrupted music, and the part that appears to spell “Sanders” is a theme song that doesn’t fit a particular side.
