It had been days since a can of worms had opened after finding out the Crow was Kate's wife. With having to find Kate and then her wife still being annoyed with Price and the work of finding Kate. Even though Price and Rose had their little argument before, they were still working together to try and find Kate.

The day had grown later and most of Rose's officers and most of 141 had called in a day a few minutes ago and went to their barracks to sleep. Now it was just Rose and Price in the room. The room had grown silent and the only thing that could be heard was the sound of breathing and the typing on the computers. Price had looked up from his computer and figured that now was the time to try and make up otherwise he might not get another.

“Hey, I'm sorry about the other day.” he had said at first not really knowing what to say.

“It's fine.” Price could hear the tone in her voice that it wasn't.

“I didn't think that she was your wife.”

“Yeah I know that.” Crow said as she just kept typing, kinda ignoring Price. Price didn't really know what to say after this. He was never really cool with emotions, it wasn't really something that he had to deal with. Even though there were times that men walked into his office and he was somewhat able to redirect them to give them advice, this felt different. Trying to prepare a relationship with someone isn't easy. It takes time and trying to regain trust, but it also takes someone who has changed. And right now Price only has one of those things.

“Listen I know that you might dislike me right now, but I-”

“My fucking way….!” Crow had cut off Price, she started typing faster and she was locked on to her computer right now. Price had looked over her shoulder and could see stuff moving fast on the computer.

And then it stopped. The time was around 22:43 (10:43 pm) Crow had gotten where Kate was located and what they were planning to do with her. The files have said that Kate was just being held and they were going to transport her to the main shadow company base where she is going to be meeting graves.

“We are going to get her back.” Crow had said now somewhat had a smile on her face and had gotten up from out of her chair.

“What are you planning?” Price asks, as he looks up at her.

The rest of the 141 and Crow's tourist requires were now in the room, from being called with all their gears and really to move.

“We found Kate.” Price had explained most, as he was standing informed of everyone with Crow by his side. “They are going to transfer her to Graves' main base, but they have to stop at the vehicle mid way. There are only going to be some of Graves' higher members and newer ones.” Rose had explained to everyone “we have their meeting place and we plan for while they are moving to ambush them and take Kate back. We have already decided where you guys will be and who you will be with.”

“Gaz, Thunder, virus. You guys will take alpha 06.” Crow had started to explain to everyone. “Soap, ghost, and Glow. You guys will take hard point 1. Mac and Buzz you will be our get away drivers. Price and I will be on route 4. And then Oct you will be staying here and making use of everything that is good. We know that this might be a little overkill with enough people but we would rather nothing go wrong with this mission. Does everyone hear me?”

“Yes ma’am,” the soldiers had said in almost unison, to which then we had rolled out.

Some of these parts seem repetitive to me so I'm sorry about that, I just wanted to get my point across. 141 had left at 4 am that morning, with Kate. Back at the base it was just a normal day for Rose and her recruits. 141 mission have been going smoothly for them so far. Everyone was where they were supposed to be, everything went according to plan, until it didn't. Take was in a safe house nearby telling 141 everything they needed to know and do like always, until it went wrong.

There was a group of Shadow that were exploring the area on their higher ups commands. Making sure that no one was wandering into their base area. Once they had found a cabin in the middle to know where they decided to go and make sure it was clear, because it was still on Graves' property still. Once they had entered, they saw they saw something who shouldn't be there.

141 noticed that Kate wasn't talking over coms for a while. They tried calling out to her and seeing if she would answer, but the line was silent. 141 had cleared out the building, no signs of Graves, but now they were rushing back to the safe house. The door was open, the stuff inside was all scattered around, blood on the ground, two dead shadows, but no sign of Kate.

“Oh you got to be fuckinh kidding.” price said to himself over comms

“Cap what's wrong.” Sopa who was making sure that no one was allowing them back and having their escape clear asked.

“Laswell is KIA.”

“Shit.” you could hear Sopa over comms say,

“Are there any trails?” Gaz asked,

“Negitive.” Ghost spoke up, he had when with Price, he was looking around the safe house to see if there was any outside but couldn't find any trails.

“You got to be kidding.” Gaz said to himself but the comms had picked it up,

“Sadly where not.” Price kinda tried to joke,

“What do we know?” Soap question,

“We reground, head back to Crow’s base, and track down Laswell.” Price had listed

On the way back 141 had decided it might be best to tell Crow that Kate was KIA. They know that Crow and Kate were close and that Crow's stuff could also provide them help. They also thought it would be best if Price had told her instead of the rest of the 141 because Crow had more interactions with Price.

141 had gotten back to Crow’s base the doors had opened for them and allowed them to pull inside. Once they had gotten out of the car they had seen some of Crow’s recruits walking around, Crow was talking to some of her higher ranking recruits. Price had walked up to Crow, she looked up at him.

“Crow, may I speak to you privately."

“Sure.”Rose answered

Rose had dismissed her recruit, and Price walked to her office.

“Didnt know you guys were back, figured that Kate would have said something.” Kate had said as they walked down the hallway,

“Yeah well that's the thing.”

“What is it?” Crow turned to Price,

“Kate is MIA.” Crows eye widen as she head that,

“Do you know where she is?” Crow knew that was a stupied question, but if they did know and didn't go after Kate, Crow knew that she was going to be so pissed at 141.

“Negitive.”

“Shit,” Crow said under her breath,

“We want her back but we don't have all the accoutrement here to help us find her, so 141 and I are asking you to help.”

“Yeah sure, I'll help.” Crow quickly replied without thinking, she knew that she had to get her wife back no matter what. “Get the rest of your team and meet me in the room that Kate had a meeting with you guys in.”

141 was now in Crow's meeting room with some of Crow's higher up recruits. Price had told Crow the locations of where Kate was last seen, where the base they were on, and the places of the safe house. Crow had ordered her recruits, having them dig up information and places that Kate could be.

Price could see that Crow was more on edge than normal, and she was more commanding than normal. Price didn't think that hearing Kate was KIA would affect Crow like this but it did, it seems like actually like someone who knows Laswell rather than just friends. Price didn't know they were this close as friends. Friends are close but this seems like Crow had lost someone that was really close to her.

Rose was really worried about finding Kate, she wasn't going to stop no matter what. She needs her wife back, and nothing is going to stop her from getting her back, even if that means killing half of her team. Rose knew that was wrong of her but right now in her mind she didn't care, but if she were to sit down and think about it she knew that her decision would quickly change. But now Rose was looking for her wife and nothing can stop her, no sleep, no eating, and no death, there was nothing.

It had been three days since Kate had been kidnaped. Rose and her team had been trying to find ways to find Kate, while 141 was trying to help but they were barely able to do anything. Rose had seemed to be on edge the past three days. Price had thought it would have been a good idea to try and get Rose to calm down a little.

There was a knock on Crow's office door frame, she had looked up to see Price lending against it.

“What do you need John?” Crow questions the Captain.

“I’ll like to talk to you for at least a few secons.” Price had explained, Crow just pointed to the chair that was infront of her desk.

“What do you need?”

“I noticels that you have been on edge these last few days,and I know why that is…we all are but I think that you need a break. You are overworking yourself.” Price had tried to explain to Crow but Crow only seemed to get more annoyed at that.

“Im fine. I know my limits and I'm not pushing any of them.” Rose knew that she was lying to the Captain and herself.

“I know but it's really not that good. You havent come out of your office and if you to it only to go to that meeting room.”

“Im doing my job.”

“I know you are, but at some point you need to stop. I know that, and I have been in your spot before.”

“I dont need to know your sob story, Price. I'm trying to get Kate back. The person that helped get you here, has helped you on all your missions and more. Im not resting until she is back”

“Crow please-”

“JOHN YOU HEARD ME I'M NOT STOPPING NO MATTER UNTIL I GET MY WIFE BACK IM NOT STOPPING.”

“Wife..?” Price had a question, he knew that Kate was married and was married to a woman, Kate would share some story with him about her. But he had never met her wife.

“Just get out of my office.” Crow had said, Price knew that he had pushed his presents for too long after the outbrest.

After a few minutes the rest of the 141 arrived at the cafe. Price had invited Crow to it with the rest of 141 and Kate, to wish she had expected. Price had realized that it might be a good idea to get to know Crow somewhat just in case she became a potential allie. When the rest of 141 went to sit down at the table they were kinda supposed to see Crow but they quickly got past it.

“So I heard Price was looking for you, lass.” Soap was the first one to speak up,

“Just have to look out.” Price had said, which Soap made a hum like noise.

“So what do you have to do today Crow.” Kate had asked,

“Sadly I have to deal with some recruits.”

“Bet that must suck,” Soap had said.

“Yep,”

“How do you think I have to deal with you guys?” Price had joked,

“Wow thanks a lot cap.” Gaz had said,

After a while of eating and chatting Rose had gotten up,

“Ok now I need to go and take care of the rookies.”

“Good luck,” Price had said,

Rose had walked away from the table and walked out of the cafe, 141 had stayed in the cafe and continued to talk.

Price was walking around outside the base. As he walked around the base he had seen Rose with some of the Rookie, Rose was yelling commands at them like anyone higher up would to train their rookies. A few seconds later Rose dismissed the rookies to the sergeant. Rose looked somewhat annoyed, but what she said under her breath shocked Price.

“These stupid faggots,” Price didnt think that Rose would ever say a slur, but then again he is in the millitray and should have expected it. But one down side that Price knows is that Kate said she had a wife, and If Rose found out he was scared about what would happen to her or them. Price decided that he should warn Kate and went back inside the base.

Price had found Kate in the Cafe, The cafe was closed and didn't have anyone in it beside her. She had picked this pace force 141 to be able to reach her, but also have privacy to find out stuff.

“How well do you know Crow?” Price had asked Kate while walking up to the table.

“Pretty well…why?”

“She doesn't come off as rude or anything to you does she?”

“John, what is this about?” Kate ask him, think that he still had a problem with being one crow’s/Rose’s base

“Just asking,” Price had asked in a more surprised tone, Kate looked at Price with a questioning look.

“No, she hasn't come off as rude to me.” Kate answered his

“Mhm……How much does she know about your life?” John ask,

“John, what the atcaull fuck is this all about.” Kate was now done with his questioning.

“I Just need to know.”

“John.”

“Just answer the questions.”

“Fine.” Kate voce had some more fire in in this time “no she doesnt come off as rude to me or does anything thing that effeneds me….what the fuck is this all about?”

“Nothing, I just hear her say something to her rookies that she probably shouldn't say.”

“And what was that?”

“Nothing important.”

“John Price, tell me right now.”

“Fine. I have heard that Crow has said a certain F slur under her breath while training her rookies.” Kate rubbed her forehead when she had heard what Price has said,

“John, Crow is not being homophobic. She is Bi.”

The rest of the Day Price just went back to 141, while Kate stayed in the Cafe and continued to do her work.

It was finally night Rose was back in her room, once she had opened the door she saw Kate already in her room sitting on the end of the bed looking at Rose who just entered.

“Are you good?” Rose asked as she closed the bedroom door.

“Dropped the f slur now I hear?”

“What?”

“Price came up to me early this morning and said he her you say ‘faggot’.”

“Oh my god.” Rose sighed “welp no I was thought of to be homophobic.”

“Dont worry I told him you were gay.”

“Hmmm, why did he come up to you about that?”

“Beacsue im the one who put him on the base and I have a wife.”

“Oh yeah, I forgot about that.” Kate looks at Rose knowing that she just said the worst thing in her life.

“Wow my own wife forgot she was married to her loving wife, the one who is the biggest to her partner forgot about her own partner.”

“Im tired ok,”

“Uh huh.”

“Whatever,” Kate knew what Rose was saying because she was getting annoyed. There was a little bit of a quiet pause between them, Rose started moving around getting some of her stuff together while Kate stayed where she was.

“141 has a mission tomorrow, so we will be gone early in the morning.”

“Hmmmmm k.” Rose walked over to Kate and put her head onto her shoulder while wrapping her arms around Kate’s waist.

“Back to being that little koala of yours.”

“HMM.” Rose pushed off of Kate, now not wanting to follow the thing Kate had said.

“Nah uh, get back here koala.” Kate knew that Rose couldn't deny orders from her wife especially if they were willing to give her something like cuddling. But what Rose did kinda supposed her, Rose pushed Kate on to the bed and joined in, wrapping her arms around her.

“Well, look who's back.”

“HM.”

“Hard day training the rookies.”

“Hmmm,”

“You know you have sergeants for that.”

“Missions.”

“Oh ok so they are all away for you had to do it all by yourself.”

“hm.”

Price was the first one to get up from the slumber that 141 went under after the meeting, and dinner in the cafe.

After he had gotten ready for the day, he went outside to get some sunlight, to wake him up more. Once he was outside he had walked around, but as he walked he passed the place that Kate had parked yesterday and saw her call was still in the same spot. Price kinda got worried because that could have meant Kate never went home, unless she just got here way early.

Price decides to head back into the sleeping quarters after his observation. As he arrived back to the court, Price knocked on Ghost’s door. Simon, who was already wearing his gear and mask, opened his door and looked at Price waiting for him to speak.

“Ghost, did you see Laswell leave the base last night before you came in?” Price asked Ghost because Ghost was the last one to enter the resting quarters because he decided to take a walk before resting.

“No sir,” Simon had answered, Price nodded his head and walked back out of the sleeping quarters but this time he went into Crow's main building. Price saw some of Crow soldiers and went over to her saregent. The sarengent turned to Price and spoke up first.

“Hello sir, how may I help you?”

“Have you seen Crow?” Price ask the sargent,

“Oh she is still getting up I believe. Or if I'm wrong she is in her office.”

“Can you lead me to one of them? I need to speak with her.”

“Sure thing sir,” the sergeant started to move around the building with Price following Him. Once they had arrived at Crow’s office, the sergeant knocked on the door, but after the second time they had knocked, no one had answered. The sergeant opened the door, but the room's lights were off, and once he turned them on, there was no one at the desk beside a pile of paper.

“I think she might be still in her room.” The sergeant said, “If it is really important I can bring you there.”

“Please do,” Price had said, to which the sergeant nodded his head and started moving again.

After a little bit of walking they had arrived at the place where Crow and the rest of her team stayed. The sergeant walked over to Crow's room, until he looked at the time.

“Ummmm I have to do something, but you can stay here and see if Crow is here.” Price nodded his head as the sergeant walked off.

Price was now standing in front of Crow’s door all alone. He knocked on the door. After a few seconds Crow had opened the door only to see her.

“Oh hello captain.” Rose was surprised to see Price at her door.

“I have a question for you.” Price stated,

“Was it sir?” Crow has asked,

“I wanted to ask you if you have seen Laswell, her car is still in the parking lot.” Rose knew exactly where Kate was, she knew the way she was resting, the way she looked, what she was wearing, and the way her hair was, because Kate was laying in her bed behind her.

“No I haven't seen her, I know that she decided to sleep in her car because she had wanted to get back to walking in the room that she took you in yesterday, when she had woken up. If you want to give me a sec, I’ll get dressed and we can go check in here.”

“Sure,” Price had answered her,

“Ok,” Rose closed her door and walked over to her bed, she went down and whispered into Kate's ear,

“Price is looking for you,” Rose told kate,

“Why?” Kate asked

“Beacsue he saw your car and was wonder is you went home or not. Also they probably don't trust me and might think that I did something wrong, or someone else did.”

“Maybe I should have gone home,” Kate said, knowing that Rose would never allow expectantly knowing that her wife was being very clingy that night.

“No.” Rose had stated, “Anyways I'm going to get dressed and head to the meeting office, so you should get up and go into the cafe so we can find you there.”

“Ok,” Kate stated, Rose moved away from Kate and put on her clothes for the day which were green camo cargo pants, and an olive green short sleeve shirt which she tucked into her pants, and then added her belt. Then she walked into her bathroom and put her hair up, and used her glue to keep all the pieces of her hair down. Then grabbed her badge and left her room with Kate that was now getting ready in it. Crow walked out of her room to see Price still standing there.

“Sorry if that took some time, I was having a little trouble with my hair.” Price nodded his head “alright lets go,” Rose was the first to walk down the hallway, once they had gotten in by the meeting room, Crow swiped her card and opened the door for her and Price. The room was completely swelled in shadows like the first time they had seen it, turned on the light, only for the room to light up the objects in it, and not a person.

“Ummmmm, looks like Kate not here.” Crow had stated “I mean we could check out the cafe and see if she is getting something to eat in there before she comes in here.”

“Sure,” Price had said, as Rose turned off the lights and locked the door. They both walked into the cafe. Once they had entered they saw Kate and a bunch of other soldiers waiting in line to grab something to eat.

“Aaa there your girl,’ Crow had said, walking over to Kate, to which Kate had turned to the two people approaching her.

“Hello John, hello Crow.” Kate had said,

“Where were you?” Price decided to ask,

“Oh I slept in my car, but I was in the bathroom here getting ready. Price nodded his head at Kate’s statement.

“Dang, I beat you neck it sore,” Crow had said, with a smirk on her face,

“Actally It doesn't burnt,”

“Well that's good,” Price had stated

“Alright, we should probably grab something to eat.” Crow had said, as Kate and Price agreed,

“Im going to send the boys a quick text so they know im here and to come grab something as well.” Price said, and the rest nodded their head again.
