🥕🍲 Chinese noodles with black beans 🥕🍲

Vegan

We veganized a Jamie Oliver recipe... again... we wanted to substitute the chicken with tofu which we would have marinated like the chicken... but since there was no tofu in da houseeee... we just made the noodles and it turned out just fine 👍🏾

There are some healthy vegetables in it and for the extra flavour there are black beans and lime. 👌🏽😊

Little bit different than the most asparagus-recipes you are used to. But... it is definitely worth a try! 🍽👌🏽

This dish consists of white and green asparagus, coucous, bulgur, vegetables and the topping is a delicious lemon-yoghurt with a hint of mint.

🍴🍅Tabouleh 🍅🍴(vegan)

This recipe we make every year during summertime. It is the perfect bring-along for barbecues with friends and family.

Tabouleh consists of bulgur (= food made from the cracked parboiled groats of wheat), tomatoes, red onions and parsley - dressing made out of olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper... basically. You can vary the ingredients if you want to. 👍🏾

🌶🥑Chili with beans and avocadosalsa 🥑🍅 (vegan)

Today we had this awesome vegan chili... 👌🏽 easy and quick - yet soooo delicious!

We altered the ingredients from the original recipe so it was even quicker to make 👍🏾

Beside the usual ingredients we added cacao powder and cinnamon. Unusual but very good! 😄

🍽 Zucchini rolls filled with couscous with rhubarb-ketchup 🍽 vegan

Since it is season for rhubarb we made this yummy recipe. It is so nice to find non-sweet rhubarb-recipes... normally rhubarb is used for jam, stewed fruit, cakes and so on... 👌🏽

The filling consists of couscous, vegan feta, walnuts, lemon juice, olive oil, herbs and cashewmus (smooth hummus made from cashews).

🥖Greek sesame rings 🥖

Quick and easy to make. We wanted to try something new today.. and this recipe rested in our collection of recipes for too long now 😉

They look fantastic! We are positive surprised! They are super ideal for brunch, so you'll not have only normal buns at your brunch. Or you can take them out for a picknick... endless ideas for these cute looking sesame rings 😄👌🏽

Rhubarb-raspberry-cake (vegan)

This cake I made from a non-vegan cake recipe. 😉

Normally for this season it would take strawberries and rhubarb. But since our supermarket doesn't have german strawberries yet and we had frozen raspberries in our fridge for a long time now, I took them instead of fresh strawberries.

The result was very good 😊
