"Sorry I can't, I'm busy"
Me being busy:
btw Iβve found these stretches from the WAK blog very helpful when knitting a lot:
Plus make sure to take breaks regularly - and stop if anything starts to hurt!
especially with gift knitting I know it can be tempting to push through it for a deadline, but itβs really not worth causing long term injury. (And anyone knit-worthy should be understanding of that, imho.) Stay well :)
Also good for artists drawing with pencils/on a tablet/with a pen!
Also good for writers
And crocheters (that word looks wrong)
Say hookers coward
Movement nudge! More hands!
Funnily enough, as a hooker (not only am I not afraid of the word I have a sign for my wall that says βIβm a happy hooker and I have the balls to prove itβ), I already do half of these intuitively.
Another one Iβd add: The Ragdoll.
1) stand up straight. Donβt lock your knees. Let yourself fall at the waist, limp, like a ragdoll being held by a kid. You donβt need to actively stretch, but you donβt want to hold yourself up at all. Let your head dangle. If youβre particularly bendy like me, you may find yourself with your hands flat on the floor. Thatβs fine too.
2) stay here for 30 seconds. Or longer, if you want! Sometimes I get down here and my spine does The Thing and itβs like ahhhhhh. Yes. Stay long, my friend.
3) stand up SLOWLY (or you will get dizzy and fall and hit your head and get a concussion and itβs really bad donβt do that). First hands on knees, then thighs, then slowly extend back to standing.
4) congratulations, your back and neck should feel way better.
doing things at the right age is literally a made up concept. you can start/pursue anything at any age. btw.

Hey did y'all ever think about that if doctors blame all fat people's medical issues on them being too fat without proper investigation and then feel justified in neglecting their medical concerns, then statistically more fat people WILL develop and potentially die from serious health issues and it might not actually be because of the fat when everything comes down to it
