Yeah, it’s easier to just use a cup or something if you’re drawing on paper but it sucks if you’re doing something electronically or with paint

I don’t crave chocolate, but I still usually eat more of it during my period because it contains a lot of magnesium which alleviates cramps because it makes the uterus relax (period cramps are due to the muscles in the uterus constricting to the point of depriving itself of oxygen/ischemia).
