whatever they are cooking for yall has to be the most confusing thing ever cause i do not understand what Koby's end goal is, if bro wants to be a person who saves people why are you trying to stop Luffy?

cause he's a pirate and im a marine is a stupid statement because Koby knows Luffy isn't a bad person so whatever Drake or Garp or whoever trained you told you does not fit in with the knowledge you have.

I thought as a marine Koby was going to serve true justice cause he knows not all pirates are bad but he seems to disregard that and just wants the marines side to win i dont know what bro is cooking but he is not right bro is wrong. and it makes me very confused because he KNOWS

i thought Koby's conviction was going to be "well, i'll find the one piece and save everyone cause i dont want Luffy to find it cause Luffy is chaotic and that cant be good" it reminds me of the chaos vs order splatfest.

what it sounds like is Koby is like "all pirates are bad because the marines say so even though i know Luffy personally my feelings dont matter cause he's doing bad stuff so i have to stop him from achieving his dreams"

If i catch yall making Koby choose his job over his friends im throwing hands Koby would not do that Koby is Luffy's friend i dont care if hes a marine and hes a pirate its making it sound like koby thinks finding the one piece and knowing all the secrets to the world is bad AND IT IS but you can't stop people from seeking higher knowledge cause you think it would be "safer" for the public. Luffy having that knowledge is not gonna hurt anyone you just dont want him to be smart.

i say all of this as i love Koby but i do not understand what he's trying to do, unless i do and i just dont like it cause it contradicts that he told Luffy even if they were on different sides they would still be friends.

You're not used to the silence.

It's been hours and yet the only sound you can hear is the soft beating of the heart that once belonged to you. Your body is hot and sweaty from hours of slipping in and out sleep and your brain is mushed with an almost calm despair. You're getting used to this, compliant. Luffy would definitely punch some sense into you if he saw you now.. So you will yourself into opening your eyes, lazily scanning the room as you remain limp on the bed, noting the absence of your captor. Still, you dont move. Not for another moment at least as you continue staring at the same spot you've been looking at for.. a week? Month? Who's to say. Your hands ball into fists, wrinkling the bed sheets under them as tears swell up in your eyes. Pathetic, you're so pathetic! Letting your will be broken so easily, how dare you call yourself a pirate!? With those frantic thoughts swimming in your brain you decide to try. You prop yourself up with your arm to sit up but when you do your head starts spinning and your arm gives out causing you to fall back down on the bed. The dizziness takes a while to stop, but when it does you're once again only left with that soft beating. Staring into the darkness for a second longer you close your eyes once again and drift into sleep.

The next time you wake up you can tell he's there without even opening your eyes. The sound of his breathing matches the calm beat of your heart untill it grows fast and unatural. You open your eyes and meet his on instinct, he smiles but doesnt speak. Instead he turnes his gaze to your heart, observing how it beats and no doubt relishing that its just for him. He picks it up, it beats faster. "Law..." you try again to sit up, hand wobbling as you try to fight the dizziness before he lightly pushes you back onto the bed. "Dont move, you'll only hurt yourself."

Anyone else think Hancock is going to get an actual love intrest before the end of the series? At least i hope so!

She's pretty clearly the Glariosa of the new generation but i cant help but think Oda wont let her suffer the same fate of a lovesick fool, especially because Oda once said that people become ugly once they give up on their dreams, which we can assume happened to Gloriosa, Stussy and Big mom (she more so lost sight of her dream cause it became twisted but it still counts) and i think Gloriosa losing that dream, or will, is tied to her obsession with Rodger somehow SO i think/hope Boa will get an actual love intrest with whom she has a Shakky Rayleigh type of quiet, pure love 🙂‍↕️
