What if Harlequin finally snapped?
Think about it. Harlequin expresses his love to MC through sexual desires even when it makes them uncomfortable, yet when he's shown genuine romantic and loving affection he doesnt hate it, he's just... confused? (which doesn't make what he did right but I mean come on these are yandere clowns we're talking about)
Which makes me headcanon that something terrible must have happened to him in the past to make him believe that this is the only way he can love someone, a secret he was so ashamed and guilty of that it even escaped the Jester's watchful eyes, and yet to this day he still convinces himself that he must have somehow asked for it.
And he'd rather it stay that way. The others finding out would ruin the image of the manipulative, smooth talking, cunning Harlequin that everyone knew, or at least thought they knew.
But even more importantly, it would force him to consider the possibility that it wasn't his fault, even trying to do so would only plunge him into shameful guilt once again.
And if that dreaded day finally came when the others, when even MC found out what REALLY happened to him, their mixed gazes of shock, denial, pity, disgust and rage (towards the perpetrator not Harlequin) wouldn't suddenly heal him and make him better.
In fact, the "I'm the deceiving, strong Harlequin who can never be broken!" part would be replaced by fury and hatred, yet the portion of this directed towards his family could never even compare to what he felt towards himself.
But he would never tell them that.
He would finally let it all out, ignoring the fact that for the first time since the Columbina incident, hot tears were streaming down his face.
"YOU THINK JUST STANDING THERE LOOKING AT ME LIKE THAT WILL FIX ANYTHING!? You think that your PITY can magically fix the past?"
"You think you can just push me to the side as the weirdo all of my life, and NOW you finally realise you fucked up and try to 'save' me?"
"Well, in case you haven't been keeping up with the news lately, IT'S TOO FUCKING LATE. Someone like ME just CAN'T. BE. SAVED!"
And when he comes back to, when the gravity of how much he's snapped, how much he's strayed from the persona assigned to him, only then would his voice soften.
"Just... forget this ever happened... Brush it under the rug, because that's how you deal with every burden anyways."
He wouldn't look back. He wouldn't be able to look at the faces that he crumpled any longer.
"Pathetic. So damn pathetic."
For the first time, he would acknowledge that this word isn't directed to his usual targets: Jester's overbearing control, Ticket Taker's micromanaging every detail, Doctor's weird 'treatments,' not even Pierrot managing to take away everything that he had ever set his eyes on.
And MC... he didn't want to think even for a millisecond what they would think of his disgusting show of emotion. They probably resented him for all he had done anyway.
He wouldn't even be able to blame them.
Because the true 'pathetic' one had been him all along.
It was all his fault.

Hey, fellow Cookie Runners! I wanted to host one of those anonymous hear me out forms, but I had an idea to make it more fun!
(This is inspired by that one potluck court room lady on TT/Insta—if you know, you know)
When someone makes a submission, I evaluate it and based on different factors (e.g. if it's good, shocking, underrated, down bad, etc), the submitter presenting their case might be free to go, rewarded, or even 'punished'
(Just to be clear everything is a joke,—no, nobody is actually being sent to the rubber room)
If the jury thinks the verdict was unfair, you can weigh in and I might reverse the decision!
There are even multiple categories, so that there's something for everyone:
Hear Me Out: Character Edition—a character that you simp for that you want to defend
Cupid's Crisis: Ships, Rarepairs, Oh My!—this category is for you if you want to present a ship (LGBTQ and poly friendly!) that you think deserves the spotlight more often...
Miscellaneous/Other: If you're not the simp or the romantic kind, you can submit any other takes here, whether they're headcanons, hot takes about the fandom or the games, etc!
18+ ONLY: For Hear Me Out and Cupid's Crisis there are also After Dark versions if you want to submit an extra spicy rant... (Please read the extra After Dark rules before submitting!)

It's been a hot minute since I checked in with the BL lovers of Tumblr
so if y'all are still alive reblog this with the ABSOLUTE FUNNIEST scene you've ever seen in a BL... I'm not talking about "Oh haha he fell down!!," I want downright insane
For me nothing beats the Fish Upon the Sky scene when the four friends disguise themselves as Indians (they even played Punjabi music in the car..) to go spy on the male lead's crush and his love rival only to end up CRASHING the car right into them and then they all get out and start arguing with each other while the two they were trying to spy on were just standing there so confused 😭
Two parts of Eternal Sugar's story that show she is darker than we thought.
Okay so I was thinking of Eternal Sugar's story recently and how most people view her as the nicest beast but these two details that everyone forgot made me go like "OH DAMN-"
-We know from her trailer that Eternal Sugar Cookie suffered multiple miscarriages—and it's also a common theory that the Sugar Angels are the souls of those babies...but we know from the story and her working animations that she makes the Sugar Angels do all the work for her, so adding that up... She may have actually enslaved the souls of her miscarried babies...
-Near the end of Episode 10 when she's trying to stop Hollyberry and gang from leaving the Garden, she floods it with jam... but no one mentioned the fact that as we know, jam is the Cookie equivalent of blood, and the Garden of Delights is shown to be quite huge, so... (And on a similar note, she traps cookies in jars filled with jam too)
Where did all that blood REALLY come from?
Anyways I have more character analyses and theories coming up while I'm working on more headcanon posts and fanfiction so like if y'all want more 👍🏻
