Questions about the schedule
What is an asks only day?: you as an offical/official need to ask for a snail that day if I get no asks then no snails
am I guaranteed a snail if I send an ask on asks only days?: no the limit of snails is three and if I’m busy I might not do snails at all
will you ignore my ask if I send it any other day?: no but I might save your ask for it though depending on the week
why are you changing the schedule?: I’m going into my senior year of high school and am very busy
if this is because of school why start it during the summer: I plan to go to college for special effects makeup and need time to grow my portfolio over the summer
how long will this last: until either the week of my birthday in January or the officsnailverse anniversary in march on one of those days I will go asks only permanently
will there be weeks with more?: If I do an event like my officsnailverse pride or ides of march but that would also Replace the asks only day (I do have plans for a Halloween one and or a Yule/Christmas/holiday one but we’ll see how I feel when I get there)
will you have weeks off?: yes if I go on vacation or am just not doing well (I get migraines a lot and/or I could get burnt out) I might take days off
Can I send an ask for someone else?: yes and if you want I’ll even include a message from you with the snail

It was a huge milestone of scientific and technological advancement. (Plus, at the time, politically significant). Humanity went to space! We set foot on a celestial body that was not earth for the first time in human history! That’s a big deal! I’ve never thought about it before but now that I have, it’s ridiculous to me that that’s not part of our everyday lives and the public consciousness anymore. Why don’t we have a public holiday and a family barbecue about it. Why have I never seen the original broadcast of the moon landing? It should be all over the news every year!
It’s July 20th. That’s the day of the moon landing. Next year is going to be the 54th anniversary. I’m ordering astronaut shaped cookie cutters on Etsy and I’m going to have a goddamn potluck. You’re all invited.
PITCH: We call it Moon Day, and then every 7 years when it falls on a Monday, that's an even BIGGER deal and we call that Moon Day Monday and go absolutely apeshit about it (the next Moon Day Monday is in 2026 so we have a couple trial runs first)
