Pardon Our Dust!

Good golly do we here at Somerset Oddities got a lot on our plates! After the holiday buzz we tried to split the focus on our shop and our cosplay construction. Let’s just say our cosplay construction got the better of us! We’ll try to update as much as possible during this busy time! (And be sure to look for us at the Midwest Media Expo this year!)

Loftus Hall Country Wexford, Ireland

Built at the end of the 19th century it replaced an earlier hall occupied by the Tottenham family. According to local legend, in the late 18th century the daughter of the house, Anne Tottenham, became infatuated with a young visitor from the sea.

After it was discovered that the young visitor had a cloven foot, a sign of demonic presence, he disappeared. Afterwards Anne refused to eat or drink, becoming entranced by the sea, hoping her stranger would return. 

Anne Died in 1775, poltergeist activity has been reported since her death. It is believed that Anne’s ghost and that of her demon lover roam through the mansions empty halls, chasing one another in an endless game of hide and seek.

The story goes, or the way that I was told There was a king that always felt too high and then he fell too low And so he called all the wise men to the hall And begged them for a gift to end the rises and the falls

But here’s the thing, they came back with a ring It was simple and was plainly unbefitting of a king Engraved in black, it had no front or back But there were words around the band that said Just know: This Too Shall Pass

Undertale Merchandise

It has been brought to my attention that Toby Fox has requested that no unofficial Undertale merchandise be sold, however commissioned merch is a-okay!  From now on the last of our Undertale merch will be available on a commission basis! All links to our etsy shop will stay up as examples of what we can make!

ah, no problem! he said things like commissions were fine, and I'd assume making stuff for yourself is also cool, he just doesn't want people profiting continually from unofficial products.

I see! I'll have to make a note on our shop that from now on the last of our undertale merch will be available on a commission basis only! Thanks again, I'd hate to impose on Toby's wishes!
