Hello! i mainly just wanted to info dump either some fun facts about the video and even some cut content (it wont be much ((i think??)))! this is mainly just for anyone who likes to see any stuff behind the scenes and just some extra fun stuff from projects since i like seeing that kinda stuff myself 🤩

I have already been asked on how long this took me, and i would say probably either 2 months or close to 2 months?? It was somewhere during the beginning of June when I started planning it out. It probably would have taken me longer if I worked on it with the proper amount of time but a LOT of the days I would end up on my tablet for HOURS (like all day type hours like a 9-5 shift) Do not recommend, not fun. PLEASE take breaks if you are doing big projects or any project for that matter.

OKAY FIRST OFF THE PROGRESS:

For the beginning part, I had the whole thing storyboarded out. Later on, I added just a few more scenes since it felt like there weren't any good transition spots in some areas.

Once after the prologue part, I lowkey did not have a foolproof plan on what I wanted in. SO, I scrolled through the ENTIRE Myth blog, screenshotting any panel I thought could work, then put the pictures into Toon Squid, eliminating anything that didn't work, as well as for timing's sake. That probably took me so long i dont want to know 💀

everything else after was just to lineart in out, color it and add background…idk how else to explain the rest 😔 it was more so just the beginning part being so tedious

FIRST ONE, we gonna start small. this little reaction of boris and bendy were supposed to be a part of when Felix pops from the front doors. Felt a little out of place on how I did it and i probably could've kept it in there it wasn't that huge of an issue buuuuut its too late now

This one I would've kept in during the whole compilation part towards the end, but I didn't want anybody getting confused since this scenario never even happened lol. This was like one of the early, early ideas I put in during that part, as at the time I wasn't sure if I was going to have enough scenes to place that had good context, so I kinda made up my own scenarios or symbolic scenes. annnd then realised I had way too much and got rid of the made-up scenarios. I would share more of them, but I think I deleted them all. This one is the only one I took a screenshot of :') (I'll see if i can make this a full piece later)

Originally I was going to place a scene where little mugs and cups meet at the front of their house with cups all bloody on top of the scene where mugman is making the big barrel shooting gun (wtf is it called) but decided to scratch it and just have half that scene towards the ending due to there would just be too much going on we already have his inner monologue right behind him it was enough. THIS IS NOT THE ONLY TIME THIS HAPPENED!

THIS SCENE AS WELL (up above) was originally going to have Mugs and Boris' close-ups towards the sides of the screen, as the main event was in the middle. But again, it would've been way too cluttered.

I HAD THIS FULLY COLORED IN AND EVERYTHING UNTIL I REALIZED YOU PROBABLY WOULDN'T EVEN GET TO SEE IT WELL ENOUGH WHERE IT WAS PLACED so i had to completely cut it (at least it looks nice..😒)

A big reason for a lot of things being cut was for timing problems

I still beleive that I put wayyyy too much content in that 1:50(ish) i possibly should have picked a slower song for it lol. but still i have seen so many people enjoy it and love it to death themselves so maybe i really do have nothing to worry about :)

I can't decide if the funniest naming options for this would be:

Them to miraculously all have their regular names, possibly because a local museum was advertising an exhibit of Renaissance artists at the same time the boys get found and everyone was similarly inspired,

Everyone who found the boys was similarly inspired to name them after Renaissance artists but gave them the wrong names, or

Completely original names that make sense for their new respective families. (Something like Spuds naming Raph "Tater," short for "Tater Tot" because he's kinda shaped like one as a toddler. Bishop giving Donnie some weeb name from the mech anime. Etcetera.)

If I actually write this, that'll probably be the hardest part to figure out.

Potential alternate names that are close-ish enough that I wouldn't be too worried about readers getting lost:

Donatello: Murasaki (weeb-ass mom named him after Ninja Murasaki in Dragonball Z, it means "purple," this is admittedly the biggest stretch of the four). Saki or Murrey for nicknames.

Leonardo: Blue Line (Super Fly fam found him near it, near a sign for it, IDK man how do NYC subways work?). Blue, Little Blue, Baby Blue, Blueberry for nicknames.

Michelangelo: Goldenrod (to fit the Underwood family rhyming scheme). Goldie for nickname. (Alternately: Rodson, with "Sunny" as nickname.)

Raphael: Red (for red potatoes, childhood nickname was "Tater Tot"). That's all I got for him. Spuds ain't all that creative.

THEORY TIME: Ragno will bring forth Ragnarök. (Screenshot taken from @lilblueorchid ) & Nagatatsu is the Key To Ragnarök (get it?)

Please proceed with caution since I will be talking about leaks and previews alongside what we already got from the main show.

One thing that has got my attention is Ragnos name, it being based off of Ragnarök. Then I found this while scrolling through the DS tag and it clicked in my head. Ragnarök - it will entail a catastrophic series of natural disasters, including the burning of the world, and culminate in the submersion of the world underwater

All of the dragons represent a world ending disaster. Ondine McKraken: Water tama / Flood. Timotheus "Behemot" Bem: A tama that controls seismic waves that can also alter the terrain / Earthquake. Hilal Sarawi: He can create and control massive windstorms / Hurricane. Skadi Savarog: She has cryogenic powers and can create ice obstacles / Fimbulwinter.

Now that leaves Anansi, while she may not have an element tied to her, spiders are connected to the god Loki, the one responsible for starting Ragnarök in the first place.

In Ragnos introduction video he says "Each one a weapon and mine to command", in other words, they all have a part to play in helping Ragno/Ragnarök.

I always found it odd how Skadi's part in the intro was placed in-between Ragno and Casper two rivals to our main group of protagonist. However, Fimbulwinter is a great and terrible winter in Norse mythology that lasts for three continuous years without any summers, brings fierce snow from all directions, and signals the arrival of Ragnarök. it's a popular theory that Skadi will join the knights, what if her leaving the dragons is the event right before shit hits the fan.

In the poem detailing Ragnarök, it says this-

"Three roosters croon to warn for war in the world's."

Croon means to sing, hum, or speak in a low, soft, and gentle voice. And what are bards known for? Singing. And if that's the case we already have our three, Casper, Callista, and Odward. With each of them having interactions and connections to Key who I will get into later in the post. Odward ofc joining the Knights and bonding with Key, Casper who was burnt during the Bards game, and Callista who tried to kill him and Ssyelle in their fathers forge. Three singers.

"The world snake rises from the sea"

I don't have much to say on this one, the only time we've seen something even resembling a snake is when Ragno threw Sacha into the bleachers but even that is stretching it. I will admit this is one of the weaker points of the theory.

"The giant/lord of fire Surt and his world destroyers come from Muspelheim"

This could be referring to the mysterious Gorotama players in the intro, with the one in the middle being Agromar (At least that's who the fandom thinks he is) behind them, is a purple power that looks a lot like Ragnos tama.

Muspelheim the primordial realm of fire, extreme heat, and the home of the fire giants in Norse mythology. But that doesn't make sense, these guys are weaking moon based armor and the moon has nothing to do with fire. However, Muspelheim is another world in Norse mythos, and in episode 11 it's show that Agromar...

. . . No longer has to worry about headaches! It could mean that Agromar and others may return from the grave and have conflict with the Knights.

"And Surt has a sword that shines brighter than the sun."

Edina, her dragon tama basically becomes a living sun. She was once a respected and legendary player now reduced to a monster that almost destroyed the school. A burning catastrophe.

"The sky splits. Fenris (wolf), the snake, the giants, the fire giants and Loki gather to fight the Norse gods."

Freki for the wolf, the Goyans as the giants, and Anansi for loki since her whole thing is Spiders and spiders have ties to Loki.

"Heimdall blows the horn to signal for war"

This feels perfect for Goyen Sanga! He has eys everywhere as seen in episode 8 dragon fever. Heimdall is the all-seeing and all-hearing guardian god, he has eyes everywhere in the crypt, uses his crows to stalk the knights, uses them to teleport, and based off of a few leaks he seems to be able to use his powers to sneak up on others.

"Nagatatsu is the Key To Ragnarök"

Key and Ragno. Rivals. Enimies. Whatever you want to call them. These two clearly have an affect on one another and ever since episode 1 their fates have been intertwined.

If it wasn't for Ragno about to break Ssyelle, Key wouldn't have awoken his Dragon Tama. Key’s reaction was a completely involuntary in response and likely wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t such a dangerous threat directed at Ssyelle. If Ragno had just played the game as normal and not used dragon fury, Key’s tama wouldn’t have activated, he would’ve gone home after the game and continued his provincial farm boy life and never gone to Kal Asterock. Ragno wouldn't have such a threat to his title. This would also mean, the Knights banner wouldn't have been resurrected, and the leach or whatever evil is tied to it wouldn't be running wild.

It all traces back to this one game, it all traces back to Key & Ragno. Starting the domino effect that leads to season 1 and the events that unfold.

Ragno created his rival, and as seen from the trailers...it's going to cause a lot of conflict.

Now time to address the elephant in the room. Ragno doesn't have a Dragon Tama.

Tama: Telekinesis. He's a fake. If he had a real dragon tama, then it would say so like it does on Keys. This isn't a mistake. Ragno lives in an environment of burnout and extreme pressure. He busts his ass to maintain his position as captain of a team that everyone expects excellence from, only for it to all come crashing down out of nowhere, arriving a farm boy gaining the love and pride of a woman he's fought tooth and nail for despite the harsh pressure she puts on Ragno's shoulders to keep him and the team at its peak.

Not only that but this is the only time we've seen Ragno have wings, right after he saw Keys and his tama fumes from his head almost as if he's trying to think. He's mimicking Key's powers. Key is pushing this boy to his limits trying to hold onto his title and position as Dragon Striker.

This screams villain arc lol. But there is one issue, How can Ragno cause real damage without a dragon tama? Ragnarök calls for fire, w ell this leads me to believe that one of two things will happen. A) The leach steals Keys Dragon, and with Ragno is able to cause Ragnarök.

The leach is clearly interested in both Ssyelles and keys tamas. We dont know what it does with the magic it steals. Maybe it hoards them?

Or B) (My personal favorite). Ragno somehow gains a real dragon tama.

This thing, the leach, has been around for a long time. If it can hold onto to tamas, what are the chances it has a dragon tama in store just in case... Ragno's mental health is declining, right after that little talk with Sugoi he becomes even more ruthless throwing Sacha into the god damn bleachers rendering them unable to play for the rest of the game and even stomps on Dio. Who's to say he won't join the leach? If key takes his title as dragon striker, then what will he have to lose? The Leach wouldn't have to force him. It would barely have to convince him. Because at that point he will gain everything and lose nothing.

But heeeeyy that's just a theory, A DRAGON STRIKER THEORY- anyway thank you Astro for looking into the Swedish version of the Ragnarök mythos for me it help a ton! This was my first time writing a post like this and posting it so thanks for reading until the end!

Dragon Striker Theory

Ameline, the original knights, and the demonic hands are connected.

Okay, after the last episode of Dragon Striker, I noticed something (or rather, several things) that could easily have gone unnoticed. The first and most important point is that the match commentator didn't know Ameline's surname. This is odd, not only because he should theoretically have access to academy records containing her personal information, but also because, after checking the credits and supplementary material, her surname doesn't appear anywhere.

You might wonder why that’s strange; after all, it’s common in many shows for a character to be known by just a single name or nickname, and thats fine. The issue here is that even tertiary characters, characters who appeared only once and likely didn't even have lines, DO have surnames.

The fact that they deliberately made an exception for a member of the main team, group of five no less, is enough to raise an eyebrow. If they are intentionally withholding the surname and drawing attention to that fact within the show itself, it implies that the surname might be significant. After all, lineage matters in this series: one of the star players of the Bards is a coach's nephew, and the protagonist is the child of one of the sport's greatest and most powerful strikers.

Now, what do the Knights and the demonic hands have to do with all this? Well...

It’s interesting that, given our initial impression of the character, Ameline was so eager to revive the Knights and join the team. She didn't speak much, kept her nose in her books, moved at her own pace, and barely interacted with the world around her, she didn't give off the vibe of a sports enthusiast—let alone someone who would want to play at that level. Yet, there she is, unhesitatingly carrying the Knights' banner.

Another highlight of the latest chapter is the mausoleum/tomb of the original Knights'. As soon as they found it, Ameline dove right in, even though they were already running late for the match. Along the way, we discovered two things: first, the wall carvings depict a creature resembling the one in her book—the very book we saw when they were searching for her right after the attack by the Tama-stealing demonic hands. The second thing is that Ameline is investigating a specific tomb... And the body is missing its head...

The Roses' coach made a very interesting remark after Key used his dragon in that same chapter. Paraphrasing, it was something like, "Imagine the havoc they could wreak if they combined Tamas with that." She was implying that Key's attack, which essentially nuked the battlefield and critically injured another player, could become even more dangerous if their magic were combined. She cited this example after having noted earlier in the chapter that no one had been seen combining Tamas for centuries, as it was considered taboo. Interestingly, while we don't see a combination involving Key's dragon, we do see one where Milo's jelly combines with Ameline's absorption ability, granting the jelly the latter's anti-magic properties.

A powerful Tama can become even stronger—and more dangerous—if combined with another one. Combined Tamas share the characteristics and properties of both Tamas involved. Some Tamas are practically entities in their own right, such as Key's dragon. And most importantly, Tamas can be, in fact, inherited.

What if Ameline is a descendant of one of the original knights? That would explain why she’s so keen on joining the team and playing, as well as her interest in the team's history. Maybe she’s trying to uncover more about her ancestors, or even clear their names. Because there’s another angle to consider: what if the reason the original knights' team was disbanded, turned into a bad omen and making the Tama combination taboo, was because they accidentally created the demonic hands?

After all, Sugoi herself said that Ameline’s Tama can’t absorb others' power to that extent on its own—but what happens if you combine them? Plus, she absorbs powers through her mouth; and where is the mouth located? On the head. And what was missing from the knight in the tomb? Exaclty.

I’m not saying she’s evil or anything. Like I said, it’s most likely just curiosity or a desire to clear her family name. But I’m certain she has a connection to them.
