OMFG I JUST FOUND OUT HOW TO GET FREE SHIT ON EBAY. ILL PUT IT IN STEP BY STEP FORMATION

1. Go on Safari or chrome and type in “eBay.com” 2. Find whatever item you want. 3. Go into the URL box and copy the entire text. 4. Go into a notepad on your device and paste the URL 5. (This may sound confusing but bare with me) when you paste it there should be a long line of numbers for example “123456890134” KEEP THE NUMBERS! I can’t stress it enough. keep the damn numbers. 6. Now what you want the URL to look like in your notepad is like this “eBay.com/(number of the item) 7. After the ”.com/“ put down these exact letters and symbols,“complete?cartId=(number of the item)&qty=1” 8. Now you should have a URL that looks like this “eBay.com/complete?cartId=1234567890&qty=1” 9. Now what you wanna do it click on your new URL. And you should get redirected to a page from eBay that says “THANKS! Your order has been placed for 1 item. You will receive a confirmation email shortly” NOTICE you WILL NOT get an email but you will get the package within 10-30 days.

to remove tags I just use a lighter and a small pair of pliers from the dollar store. tags are usually one half containing the pin, the other containing the sensor/magnet which sets off towers and the mechanism that secures the pin and holds the tag together. when removing the tag, I find that side which does not contain the pin and hold it to the flame of the lighter for ~20 seconds to heat up the plastic. afterwards, I quickly take the pliers and pull off the melted bit so there’s a hole through the plastic of the tag. 

in those round, smooth, black tags like the ones they use in UO, the side u wanna burn through is the side without the little hole (the side with the little hole contains the pin). after breaking through the plastic, there is a clearish plastic bit that is easy to puncture a hole in with pliers. this exposes a spring. pull out the spring and there’s the pointy end of the pin with a small metal barrel surrounding it. the barrel holds 3 small ball bearings in place which keep the pin secure. wiggle out the barrel and the tag comes loose.

in the long, squircle-shaped tags, i find they’re typically used in AA and VS, melt the dome, pull it off, and there’s a little metal barrel inside. i couldn’t get in in the picture bc it rolled off somewhere before, but there’s also a small metal cylinder that goes around the pin and within the barrel. if the hole u melted in the dome is big enough, just flip the tag over and tap it really hard until both the cylinder and barrel fall out to release the tag.

the very last long tag looks similar to the one in the middle pictures, but it uses a different mechanism to keep the pin secure. this one u have to really work at the dome to completely melt it off, and inside there’s a little, flat, black plastic bit that looks like a door resting against the pin. pull the door up to release the tag. the black plastic bit’s not in the pics bc it comes completely loose and i tossed it oops

for the beige ink tags that are used in forever21 and such, there’s one half containing the ink cartridges and a domed half. melt the tip of the domed half and it should be just like the first, black tag, without the clearish plastic bit inside. i haven’t removed one of these in a while but i think it uses the same barrel-and-cylinder mechanism as the second tag. obviously be careful about accidentally putting too much pressure btwn the halves of this tag and breaking the ink cartridges.

Honestly , even though this sounds odd, it’s a good idea. If you ever get searched for some reason, a lighter is non sus, and if you get caught, having a magnet is considered intent to shoplift, thus being a felony.

A few of y'all have asked how I did this so 1. I took a security tag to school. I had one from off of a naked basic pallette that I had lifted. I tested to make sure it still set gates of by walking in books a million with it then exiting. When I walked into the school book store nothing went off so I was sure there weren’t any hidden towers. 2. I wore a backpack, had my purse, my chromebook on my and a plaid boyfriend t button up. 3. I took one book at a time over the course of 2 weeks. I grabbed the book I wanted (i grabbed all used just because) and put it ontop of my laptop. Then found a blind spot squatted like I was looking at something and slid it into my purse. This is where my plaid shirt came in handy! Books are bulky and tall so just drap that shit over your purse and head out. Use with extreme caution bc this is you college we’re talking about here

a few tips of my own:

-you will likely find the books you need at other bookstores nearby too. barnes & noble usually carries common textbools for local schools. i have a barnes & noble tag if you need tips for them :)

-the bookstore i use only has cameras in the textbook section. if you manage to sneak it out of the textbook section, or find the same book anywhere else in the store (really easy if it’s, for example, an english class), you can put it in your bag just about anywhere.

-the bookstore i use also has a place to sit and read. if you take the books to that spot and sit around reading for ~30 minutes, it’s easy to just put the books in your bag and pretend they were yours to begin with. cafes in bookstores are great for this.

-the rfid trick light-lifting explained is good shit. you would be surprised which stores don’t have towers. if your store does, though, you can use the trick above and just look like you’re browsing through the book while you’re actually looking for rfids. if you see one, peel it off.

-if your store has towers, walk through them just as someone else is leaving too. they won’t know which one of you had shit if the towers go off, and you can just keep walking.

-using friends as makeshift blind spots is great, if there are no blind spots already. they can look at a book while shielding you from the camera. it’s pretty normal to go to a college bookstore with friends so it’s not suspicious. friends take classes together all the time.

Get a purse like this, with the fabric around the inside of it, and cut a hole into the side of the purse. It creates like a secret hole in your purse to carry so much shit! If anyone sus you, you can just open your purse and empty your pockets and they’ll see nothing at all! Works better for smaller items like foundations and concealers. wow how do you conceal so much at Ulta? it's goals

ooo thank you i’m flattered! I started by picking up a too faced natural love palette because it’s so big and using that to cover 2 of whatever I wanted. when my hands were too full I grabbed a tote and put all of it in so you could only see the natural love. I kept casually browsing around and picking up 2 of everything I wanted - that’s my method for pretty much everything. when the tote started to get full I wandered over to clinique and picked up a bunch of their info papers to obscure what I had in the bag. with the stila lip products I realized I was making my own blind spot so I just picked up 2 at a time, sleeved one while my hand was back in the shelf and brought out the other to look at it, then grabbed my phone out of my purse to dump them from my sleeve. I happened to be wearing a sweater with really big sleeves so that worked really well. I did the same with the stila foundation even though it was huge bc I was blocking the cameras and a SA was a couple aisles over helping someone match a shade so I knew no one was watching. once I had everything I wanted I browsed my way over to a blind spot in hair care and just crouched down with a brush in my hand and stuffed my bag lmao. I kept the ulta tote sitting in front of my purse and sort of laying on top of it so no one walking by could see inside. I actually ran out of room in my purse so I stuck a palette down my pants against my stomach since I was wearing a baggy sweater and you couldn’t tell at all. then I kept browsing around making sure no one was following me and up front I casually walked past the sensors to make sure I wouldn’t beep while I was “looking for my debit card” in my phone wallet then acted frustrated, put the tote down just outside the towers and left!

tl;dr I put 2 of everything I want in a tote, casually make my way to a blind spot and crouch down to conceal as fast as I can, also put things in your sleeves if you can make your own blind spot and casually let it slide out into your purse

so i kinda stopped lifting for a while 1. bcus an unnamed person of importance in my life got caught n i was with them and u know i wasn’t about to let a bitch go down by herself and 2. i discovered the rewarding world of online surveys!! anyways here are some mixed survey/lifting/online shopping tips!

~be quick to conceal but not too quick to leave

~if a seller on amazon/ebay/mercari/etc doesnt provide shipping info there’s no way for them to prove you got the item. get a refund. this’ll happen with a lot of chinese sellers

~swagbucks, quickthoughts, and cashpirate are my fave survey sites. quickthoughts makes bank the fastest but u can only get amazon gift cards.

~christmas is coming so lp and police in stores will b rlly fucking high. do online scamming if you can.

~if you ever get caught, remeber

- you have the right to remain silent

-they cannot search you without a warrant

-police/sa’s will often say they’re “trying to help you”. they aren’t. that’s a lie.

~if u a crazy bitch desperate not to get caught i heard some girl tried to hang herself w her shoelace after & she had to go to the psych ward but didn’t get punished. i wouldn’t advise it, but y’all do you.

~don’t b dumb. just in general, esp for all u teen lifters out there. don’t tell ur friends. they’ll either hate u or want to come with and they will for sure get caught.

hey everyone!

I work at a B&Ń and tonight I saw this in receiving! This basically explains the standards for placing RFID tags in books. As you can see, it’s only certain books that will be tagged, but it’s always good to check!

Also, be aware of the 20% off, 30% off stickers on the front of the books. In my location, these are almost always RFID stickers so remove everything you see! It won’t hurt to take off anything that could possibly make you beep at the door.

Transman/masculine-passing lifting tips

Hello! I’ve recently noticed how many other transmen and masculine-representing individuals there are in the liftblr community, and I decided to make a small guide about techniques that may be useful for some. Enjoy!

Laptop and messenger bags

Don’t want to carry around a purse or bag? Structured laptop and messenger bags will be your best friends! Although they are generally smaller than handbags and purses, they can still hold quite a bit without being too sus (plus, they may make you feel more masculine in public!)

If you do use a bag, I recommend getting a smaller one that won’t be too sus compared to one of those MASSIVE laptop bags. One like this one should work well;

Leather bags tend to work better than canvas ones since they appear more structured. Also, it may help to keep some office-type supplies and items in your bag, like pens or a notebook (just in case your bag gets checked)

Clothing

Unfortunately, the optimal clothing choices for feminine lifters are much more abundant than those for masculine lifters. Despite this, there are still some good ways to dress for lifting.

If you are a closeted transman or otherwise have little/no masculine clothing, try to dress as androgynous as possible. Wear plain (yet nice-looking) t-shirts or long sleeves with casual jeans, or slacks.Try to wear clothes that are larger or “poof-out” around the stomach or chest opposed to the arms or shoulders. Don’t wear anything too “frilly” or “poofy” otherwise. Also, if possible, wear crew or v-neck tops - nothing that would expose your chest, like a low-cut sweater.

For the warmer months, take advantage of cargo shorts! Multiple pockets are good for concealing small items, and their overall large size is great for hiding items in underpants. If you plan on concealing in pants or a bag, you can also wear tank-tops and muscle-shirts (these are usually not sussed, either!)

If you need more areas to conceal on-body, consider using a baseball cap. Sewing or gluing pockets along the inner rim or top of the cap can be used to conceal small items by pretending to scratch your head or fan-out your hat. Hi-top sneakers can also be used to slip a small item or two into the opening of the shoe.

Binding

Not only can binding be used to minimize dysphoria and increase the likelihood of which you’ll pass as a masculine figure, but it can also be taken advantage of for on-body concealment. If you already own a well-made binder that fits you, wear it when you’re lifting. If you do not own a binder, consider wearing a sports bra instead. When you’re ready to conceal an item, slip it either:

between your chest meat by dropping it down or “re-adjusting your shirt”

between your shoulders by pretending to scratch your back or stretch

in the binder under your armpit (on the side of your chest)

Do not wear a binder or sports bra that is too small for you, never bind if you have back or chest issues that day, and certainly do not bind with bandages!! Your physical health is more important than stealing some Pokemon cards.

How To Catch A Shoplifter

⭐️⭐️⭐️ To be better, watch others mistakes! I highly recommend watching this entire playlist. It is a TREASURE TROVE FOR LEARNING!! ⭐️

Common mistakes as seen in the video:

⭐️Avoiding eye contact with cameras

⭐️ Bringing in big bags. This is a huge tip off guys!!! They watch everyone with big bags even more!! Again, it’s so much better to wear spandex under your clothes and to conceal on person.

⭐️ LP will listen to you inside unattended fitting rooms. They are trying to hear ripping, tearing, or metal clanging from magnets. Always assume someone is listening. Be as silent as possible, fake a phone call to someone about “liking” an item, and create the illusion you’re tight on money so you’re not sure if you should buy.

⭐️ Once you make it out the door, RUN. OR if the store is next to a parking lot, have a getaway waiting. Often if LP is onto you, you’ll have only a few seconds to GTFO before they chase and apprehend.

⭐️ Pay attention to sale racks. Look at prices, inspect them.

⭐️ Don’t take a million items into the dressing room like that woman did.

⭐️ Assume the camera qualities are excellent. If using the fitting room to lift, try to take similarly colored items to throw LP off.

⭐️If possible, bring à friend to be a lookout. Have them walk into the store separately and act as your own security. When you’re in the fitting room, have them “browse” outside close by. They can text you to warn you of suspicious LP activity. They can also walk around the floor and take note of plainclothes following you around.

⭐️LP will check to see if you left clothes behind in an unattended fitting room. Make sure the fitting room you choose is disorganized with tons of discarded clothes already in there. Jay See Penny is great for this. My store is cluttered and allows me to take my pickings from the discard rack and whatnot. A sparkling clean fitting room is probably not your best bet.

⭐️ Don’t take underwear or other items into fitting rooms.

Luxury Leather Lifting Masterpost

So I’ve recently lifted some really high end leather goods and I have some tips! Here goes:

General:

-You want Mike Körs, K8 Späde, and Töry Bürch? Go to a luxury department store that is too busy protecting their multiple thousand dollar Guccï and Pradä bags to worry about an $88 KS Wallet.

-Big Stores are your best bet. If you have one with multiple floors (4+ is best) then you’re basically golden.

Little Wallets/Card Holders:

-These are a luxury leather lifter’s bread and butter. They are generally untagged and easy to conceal.

-Grab one and start walking around like it’s yours. Find a blindspot (middle of the stairs is usually a good bet) and pocket it. Walk out. Done.

Big Wallets: 

-These are significantly harder. They may be tagged and you must check thoroughly. Even if they aren’t your favorite style choose an untagged piece over a tagged one 100% of the time. Do not attempt on a whim and be prepared to dump at anytime.

-This is the level of item where if removed from a shelf an SA might approach you and talk about the leather or ask to put it behind the desk for you. Smile, look pretty and even pleased they customer serviced you. Thank them, but you’re ‘just browsing thank you’

-When the SA is distracted in some capacity select an untagged wallet and head calmly and confidently for the stairs/escalators. This wallet is yours and it would ridiculous if someone thought otherwise.

-Conceal on the stairs or in some blindspot on a different floor. You could also just walk out acting like it’s yours (this has worked for me in the past), but I prefer to conceal if possible. Either way, congrats on your new designer wallet

Handbags:

-The Holy Grail. Attempt at your own risk. I recommend you carry at least $300 cash on you to flash in case of emergency (if you don’t have that money start smaller and boost then try this). Best when you are dressed to kill and wearing something easier to lift that is identifiably designer (MK belt, KS sunglasses, etc.).

-Enter your store of choice without a handbag but with a designer wallet in your pocket. 

-Go to an unattended table of handbags. Don’t even bother with the LV or Fendï counter they’re crawling with SAs. If you pick the right label and you’re in a fancy enough store they will not be tagged.

-The best way to remove a handbag from department stores’ awful minimalist purse displays is to find that one set of purses that looks like little Russian nesting dolls; in other words there is a small bag in the front and a large one in the back (photo attached)

-The small one is easier but you can take either one. Make sure the other bag is positioned in the middle of the shelf and looks pristine. Carry the bag you took in your hands like it is yours and walk to another floor/area of the store.

-Burn about 5 min looking at clothes or whatever and get comfortable with holding your new purse. At an opportune moment transfer your wallet to the bag. This is also usually enough time to tell if SAs or anyone is onto you. Dump if you feel anything wrong.

-Return to the first floor and walk out nonchalantly with your new bag. 

These are what works for me, abandon this advice immediately if something feels sus. Designer handbags are not worth your freedom. Be safe beautifuls and go get that designer leather *blows kiss*
