This Strawberry Mango Green Smoothie is a tasty mix of sweet and sour flavors, plus it has some healthy greens in it. A quick and easy way to start the day in a healthy way.
Ingredients: 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries. 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks. 1 cup fresh spinach leaves. 1 banana. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 tablespoon honey optional. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Place the strawberries, mango chunks, spinach leaves, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey if using in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if needed. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Instructions: Put chunks of strawberry and mango into a blender. Mix until it's smooth. Place the mix into popsicle molds. Place popsicle sticks inside the molds. It needs to be frozen for at least 4 hours or until it is solid. Take them out of the molds and eat!
