Simon plays the Sims 4 almost as religiously as he plays the souls games.

He loves to make sims of his coworkers and those he loves, and lets them romance anyone they’d like. Taking care of the little mini Rights and Kondraki will never get old, especially when sim Clefdraki happens and they give birth to a child. He makes sure all of them are well cared for usually, if he’s not in a good mood he will let some of them drown and then reset the game so they’re alive again.

Its very theraputic when he’s legally not allowed to assault his patients.
