First someone leaked the Transformers x Monster Hunter collaboration figure and I'm pre-ordering that the instant I am able to. NOW this just got announced/leaked and now I've got even MORE awesome shit to pre-order! Oh, my poor wallet...

All I am REALLY hoping for from this collab is that it isn't just a rehash of version 1 and 2 with just one new Monster-Hunter-Themed Digimon in each device. Ideally, every digimon is either new or the rosters are just, different from anything else that's already been released.

As I mentioned in my last post, my Tamagotchi Connection '24 died after 7 long generations (I PROMISE I'll get around to writing about it sometime soon). To take its place, I've decided to start progress on my purple Digimon X2!

If I *do* keep this V-Pet's progress up-to-date on this blog (which I'll try my best to do), I probably won't take pictures of every cut-in Im able to on account of already having cut-in pictures for most of the 'mons on this device through the English silver-gold shell.

Let's see where this new journey goes.

A day late over on the blog, but happy Transformers day! To celebrate, here is my current collection of 'bots I've been building up for the past 2 years.

Honestly, Im happy and disappointed in my current collection.

I'm happy because every figure you see pictured is a part of my own "shelf-verse" AU that I've been working on since I got my 3rd or so Shockwave, and I'm honestly super proud of it. Like, a lot of typical aspects of Transformers have been reworked or recontectualized with my lore, and theres even storylines and story arcs that affect the status-quo, some serious cool shit. I wanna use it as a basis for a stopmotion series if I ever live in a space that allows me to set that up. It's always been a dream of mine to make a stopmotion series- Ive been into stopmotion ever since I got my hands on a camera... or well, uh... since I got a 3DS and a stopmotion application on the E-Shop.

Im disappointed because these damn shelves get filled too quickly!!! I have other things i want to display on these shelves, like my V-Pets or my physical media. I can't do that if the Transformers are slowly taking over my shelves!!! Surely ill figure out how to deal with that, but I imagine the solution would just be more shelves lmao.

I forgot to even mention my desk 'bots in the initial post! These are not a part or my aforementioned "shelf-verse", nor do they really have *any* lore in general aside from the set-up being that they're on a space station or something like that, these are just fun-sized lil dudes that I have fun posing with when I want something to fidget with.

You can finally see the reason why I haven't been uploading any V-Pet logs for so long- it's because Shockwave has been doing all the raising around here! In all seriousness though, I do plan on writing about my experience with the Tamagotchi Connection rerelease sometime soon now that I accidentally ended a 7-generation-strong bloodline... whoops. Look forward to that, uh, whenever it happens!
