this matters to approximately nobody expect me and some oomfs but:

official tier list of rogue bosses, ranked by how good of a boss they are if we were their goon.

would like to preface that this is entirely objective and operating under the assumption that you (the goon in question) have the basic capabilities and skills to be a goon for that specific rogue. no personal preferences, no sob story. you are just a regular henchman.

more details that definitely matter:

- we prioritised getting paid the most. death comes with the package of being a goon so we are not as concerned about it.

- the goonion (goon union) has banned ivy, mad hatter, and modern joker because lack of autonomy/choice for the first two and the last bc its joker

- did not include rogues that would probably not have goons or need them. this includes those like killer croc.

- also did not include obvious no’s, like professor pyg and zsasz

- same with those who would be too obvious (aka non-arkham patients) such as falcone

- we also considered who gives dental/medical/insurance/etc. yes we actually decided on this and yes it was unanimous

- i am objectively correct with this list
