This was a long one zzzzz.
Have been wanting to do this one for a while, and now that 20.3 has been released, thought Iâd try it today! It sucked as much as I knew it would and I didnât even do toes to bar. Did this one with Connor running around me and wanting my full attention every so often, but to be honest I donât think Iâd have gotten many more reps than I did lol.Â
Thrusters - These werenât too bad, all rounds were unbroken. I probably couldâve picked the DBâs up faster after the dubs though. Sucking in big breaths!
V-ups - No issues, theyâre a lot easier than toes to bar! All reps unbroken.
Double unders - I think all rounds bar one or two were unbroken. Connor loves when I do these, so he would always watch and try to jump with me in the rope fml.
