After a long weekend of being exhausted and unproductive; I decided it’s time to get back in gear. Class begins in a week I’m feeling as though I need to solidify a rhythm before 08/19 when the alarm will go off at 6AM and 14 hour days begin. I’m not training for anything however I run better when I have a plan to follow. So I’m back on the #225training plan —— with no intentions to race or run beyond 9-10 miles.
