28 Day Habitrition Challenge Day 1
Day 1 is in the books. I must say it was not as tough as I thought it would be. I will be documenting my sleep patters and meals and just discussing how I feel at the end of the day. My meals were as follows: 8:12AM - 2 Mandarin Oranges 10:45 AM - vanilla flavored organic cocoanut milk yogurt and a banana & a bottle of water 12:50PM - 1.5 cups of black bean chili (black beans, corn, white kidney beans, dark red kidney beans, and tomato sauce; all organic) 2:07 PM - 10 oz Hot water with lemon 3:40 PM - 10 oz of Hot water w/lemon 7:14PM - Raw vegetable medley AKA salad ( Spinach leaves, carrots, green peppers, yellow peppers, orange peppers, avocado) with All natural chicken breasts (no steroids or antibiotics) Dressing for salad made up of juice of one half of a lemon and. 1 half of a lime plus a tablespoon of organic spicy mustard from trader joes 9:10pm - Popcorn Sleep documentation Arise: 5:40AM To bed: estimated 1AM Looking back on the day. Not a bad start. One goal was not to eat past 8PM. But I obviously missed that one. Also I failed to pack an afternoon snack which was a bad idea. Lesson learned looking to get back at it tomorrow.
