i know in my heart that ilya loves hanging out in the bathroom while shane showers and not even just in anticipation of joining him.

like maybe he got back from his run first and already showered or they're about to go to an event and he doesn't want to have to restyle his hair after getting it wet, but he's still just sitting on the counter while shane showers, chitchatting casually and just Being.

and yeah he won't lie and say it has NOTHING to do with having an EXCELLENT view of a wet, naked shane (he is only human), but i feel like he would just also very much enjoy the fact that he GETS to do this. like yeah of course he gets to just be in close proximity while shane showers and have it be nbd. they're partners. they GET to have this kind of domestic intimacy now.
