Jaune: *Unsheathes Crocea Mors and deploys shield* Well, I kind of didn't go to Signal, or any combat school.

Blake: *Unsheathes Gambol Shroud* And they say I'm the impulsive one.

Yang: *Walks onstage, cracks knuckles* Ready for a little sparring, Rubes?

Ruby: *Twirls around Crescent Rose* If you pull my tail again, I'll show Blake some pictures of you with braces.

Yang: *Slams fists together, activates semblance* You said you deleted those!

Qrow: *Pulls Harbinger from behind his back* You sure about this, Willow?

Willow: *Takes a shaky stance* I'd like to feel like a huntress again, if only for a moment.

Qrow: Guess I'm not the only one stuck in the good ol' days.

Nicholas Arc: *Unsheathes Crocea Mors* You took my daughter from me.

Adam: *Puts on his mask and turns around* She was needed for the cause.

Nicholas: *Runs a finger across the blade* I'm going to mount your horns in my study.

Taiyang: *Walks onstage with Zwei* I'm not letting Ruby go to Signal Qrow. Don't try to talk me out of it.

Qrow: *Flies in, transforms* She's too much like her mother to sit around and not help, Tai.

Taiyang: I'm trying to save her from ending up like her mother.

Rusted Knight: *Petting Juniper* Summer Rose.

Summer: *Pulls down hood* I didn't expect The Rusted Knight to know my name.

Arc-Noire Omake; Songs for The Future!

We open to Jaune and Blake’s Junior High at night, with plenty of families in attendance for the Student Talent Show.

Peeking through the curtains, a 12 year old Jaune is able to spot his sisters, along with his dad, Nick, and his Step-Mom, a very pregnant Kali, and he smiles.

It had been almost 3 years since Blake and Kali moved in with them, and 2 years since the wedding. Not much has changed, apart from the fact that Blake now addresses him as her brother, and he refers to her as his sister.

He quickly retreats backstage as the next student heads out for their act, and he heads towards his friends getting everything ready to perform their act next, while Blake paces back and forth nervously, tugging at the hoodie strings of the sweater Garnet got her for her birthday.

Jaune(addressing her with a raised brow): Still nervous?

Blake(turning to him with narrowed eyes): You know damn well that I’m still nervous!

Blake(groaning as she grabs the sides of her head): Why did I let you talk me into doing this?

Keath(checking his electric guitar): Because we all agreed that you need to work on getting out of your comfort?

Kiba(checking his own guitar and the speakers): Because he offered to sing first?

Freya(smirking as she checks her keyboard): Because you know that you secretly want to show off?

Blake(glaring at their friends): That’s not helping!

Jaune(grabbing his instrument): Don’t worry, everything’s going to be fine, you’ll see!

Blake(sighing before seeing the instrument in her brother’s hands): Why do you have a violin while the others have more modern instruments?

Jaune(smirking): You’ll see.

Meanwhile in the audience;

Terra(sitting down next to Saphron and the Arcs): Sorry I’m late, it was a mess trying to find a parking space.

Terra(looking at the stage as the student finished their act): Did they performance yet? Freya would be annoyed if I missed it.

Yang: *Pulls up on bumblebee*

Yang: *Takes off her helmet, does a sexy hair swoosh*

Yang: *Smirks and waves at Blake*

Blake: *Staring, mesmerized*

Ruby: *Pulls up on a scooter*

Ruby: *Takes her helmet off, he hair looking like bird's nest*

Ruby: *Waves at Jaune with a big goofy smile*

Jaune: *Smiling back*

JB: *Look at each other*

JB: *High five*

Note: I've had the idea for this in my head for awhile now, but it's a much better visual joke if I'm being completely honest. But I have none of the artistic skill to make it into a comic or whatnot, so you'll just have to endure the written version.

But if someone does want to draw this, you have my permission.

Blake: You need to clean.

Jaune: What?

Blake: Your room is dirty.

Jaune: It's not dirty! It's just... unorganized.

Blake: Dirty.

Jaune: Well umm, what do you do for fun?

Blake: Read.

Jaune: Oh... Do you play any video games?

Blake: Video games?

Jaune: Yeah! Like Super Fighter Guy 4! That's my favorite.

Arc-Noire 10: Date Night Part 2: Judgement Day

Willow hears a knocking at her bedroom door.

Willow: Yes?

Winter: Mother, I have a question for you.

Willow: Winter? It's rather late in the evening and you need to be up early for the academy. *Opens door* Now what could be so important-

Winter: *Holding a white baby crow*

Weiss: *Frantic chirping*

Whitley: *Standing next to Winter*

Winter: Could you please explain why Weiss is a bird?

Willow: ... *Sighs* I guess it's time for you to learn some family secrets.

Blake: *Strikes at Jaune*

Jaune: *Blocks with his shield, counter strikes*

Blake: *Dodges his strike, uses her ribbon to tie up his ankle and trip him*

Jaune: *Falls on his back*

Blake: *Points wooden training sword at his neck*

Jaune: *Panting* I yield.

Blake: Another win for me.

Nick: Good job you two. Jaune you need to figure out a counter for Blake's ribbon.

Jaune: *Gets up* Yeah, I kind of figured that out.

Belladonna + Arc Families: *Walk in through the front door*

Clerk: Welcome's to Owain's Clothing, how may I help you? Oh, Nick. It's been a minute. How're the kids?

Nick: We're making it.

Owain: Hmm, and who are these two? Did Jaune find himself a girlfriend?

Jaune: Blake's not my girlfriend!

Blake: *Blushing*

Owain: *Chuckles* Sorry lad. My mistake.

Nick: This is Kali and Bake. They're staying with us for some time while Kali looks for a home.

Kali: It's nice to meet you.

Owain: Likewise, Miss?

Kali: Belladonna.

Owain: Ah, well Ms. Belladonna. We have a wide variety of clothing for various faunus types. Including feline faunus.

Kali: We're looking for some winter clothing.

Jaune: Blake? *Looking around Blake's room* Blake, your mom wants you.

Jaune: ...

Jaune: ...Blake?

Blake: *Pops her head out of a pile of blankets* Tell mom it's too cold to do anything.

Jaune: ...It's not even that cold.

Kali: *Coming in* Blake?

Jaune: She says it's too cold, but it's not even freezing yet.

Blake: It gets colder!?

Kali: It doesn't get that cold in Menagerie, and we usually didn't travel in the Winter.

Jaune: Well it does get pretty cold here.

Blake: What!?

Jaune: Even get's below 0 sometimes.

Blake: ...AAAAAAHHHHHH!!!
