Hi. How do i protect myself from a jealous energy vampire who i consider to be a covert narcissist? Is there any simple ritual which can help? My intent is to stop all her intentions towards me and to just make her leave me alone, in other words, to cut any energy link between us. Thank you
Well first and foremost, remove them from your life through mundane means. Tell them you no longer want to be around them. That’s the easiest step.
Second step is to “cut energy links”. There are people who can latch on to your energy and create links, these people would have to be quite talented to create permanant links which they can manipulate. I don’t know how you work your Magick. There are multiple ways you could approach this. You could ask your patron to sever any links particularly if they are protective in nature. I know someone who calls upon Archangel Michael with his flaming sword and visualises him cutting the links and burning them- so they singe at the end unable to reform. You could also do this yourself with a banishing dagger. I’d burn a black candle surrounded by salt whilst doing this.
There are multiple rituals for cutting cords between people but I find the above simple and effective.
After this ritual I recommend taking a cleansing bath. There are many formulas you can find online. Even a hyssop bath would be good. Don’t use soap, the intent is to wash the energy away. Start from your head and wash downwards. There’s lots of traditions about what to do with bath water once you are done. When cleansing I like to take some of the water to a body of natural running water at sunrise and allow the negativity to be washed away under the rising sun. Others simply like to stay in the tub until all the water has drained away.
After you’ve cut cords you want to ensure this type of thing doesn’t happen again. I don’t want to prescribe you specific rituals from a tradition. So I will just tell you the goal is to keep your aura healthy and fortified. There are many methods of doing this but a simple one would be to breath deeply. Relax for a few minutes. Then visualise a white light entering the crown of the head, feel this light go through the central column in the body and out through the feet into the Earth. This current continues this way. Then focus upon the centre of the chest and see the light return from the earth and withdraw from the heaven and collect in the centre of your chest. It expands outwards around your body and intensifies. Glowing a strong white light. You see it as an egg of impenetrable energy surrounding your body- thee are no cracks or holes. When you are done vibrate IAO. Then press your finger to your lips in a gesture of silence and turn your attention away. This should ideally be done daily. However, every few days is good enough.
That’s as simple as I can keep it and I hope this helps. A regular practice of auric fortification, energy work, and offerings to spirits would all help to prevent this from happening again.
