And Yes!! I have several exercises for back muscles that require some light equipment.
With bands: lat pull downs, and some row variations.
With other equipment: wide-grip pull ups, bent over flies
With Bodyweight: Superman’s! (Back extensions). There’s so many variations of these- you can do them as regular sets, pulsing, 30 sec holds, anchor your feet under something and extend higher...these are great.
