“Alfred is a sarcastic butler AND he hunts down people with a shotgun?” yeah. you actually can’t spell sassy without SAS.
When he blinks his vision clear again, a frighteningly vicious-looking Alfred is standing above the unmoving form of the Emperor with Tim’s spare IV pole still hefted, weighted metal base raised high and menacing. Something red drips from the chrome.
“Quite all right, Master Tim?” Alfred asks, something dark slipping back behind his eyes until he’s every bit as unruffled and kind as ever, giving Tim a careful once-over.
Tim nods, not yet able to speak.
“Excellent,” Alfred says, benign elocution smooth as butter, reaching over to press the nurses’ call button, and fiddles with his sleeve, undoubtedly summoning a very different kind of assistance, before moving directly next to Tim in a way that seems to eagerly invite anyone who values their life cheaply to attempt to remove him from position.

A wonderful Tiny Timmy long-fic in which little Tim Drake sets out to save his parents and accidentally gives every bat-vigilante nearby multiple heart-attacks and gray hairs.
Alfred was unavailable for much of the fic, so I especially enjoyed this moment when he protects a hospitalized Tim from one of the big-bads.
An AU I came up with while having emotions:
Jason has died recently. Bruce is a grieving man child. He visits the grave every day, often multiple times. Tim comes into his life and Bruce is healing a little each week. But Alfred is grieving also, and he is not a man to be trifled with.
Bruce notices the grave is disturbed, because of course he does. He hits the town, hard. He finds his beloved son, just wandering the streets. Bruce explains everything, and Jason is thoroughly confused but goes with it. Bruce brings him home. Tim is ecstatic (that's his hero) and Alfred is ugly crying, (you're being ridiculous Master Bruce, I would never) but Alfred never forgets the pain.
It's later. Brucie Wayne has a gala to show that his son is back and not actually dead. Jason's memories are coming back in bits and pieces, and he knows how this all is going down. Everyone is just doing their thing when ...
BAM
The Joker shows up. Bruce immediately puts Jason and Tim behind him. Joker starts monologuing and cackling. He's just waiting for Batman to show up. He doesn't realize what, or who, is behind him until it's too late.
BANG
The gala goes silent. The Joker is dead. Standing over his corpse, smoking shotgun in hand, is Alfred Pennyworth. The police eventually arrive and take Alfred in for questioning (he did just kill a man). All he has to say is, "I've lost too much to that man. I will lose no more."
He is released with minimal complications because everyone is relieved the bastard is dead. Gotham City had not known this peace in years. Life is good.
Things I think about entirely too much:
If Alfred is a Kingsman... doesn't that make him filthy rich as well? After all, every single one of the Kingsman Agents prior to Eggsy (and Eggsy's father) were all people who came from well-moneyed backgrounds. Does that mean that Alfred is also one of those people?
Not entirely sure why, but now I’m imagining Thomas Wayne’s mom having been a Kingsman or something and when she passes Alfred comes to Gotham to look out for her son and his new little family. And then stays because, you know. Death and the origins of Batman and all that.
The only reason there is still villains in Gotham is because Alfred didn’t put on a costume and destroy their ass.
If he wanted to he could end it all in like three hours. But when the only therapy his kid goes to is dropkicking a clown while dressed up as a bat what can you do 🤷♀️

Do you have any fanfics where it’s about Alfred but he has to go on a mission kind of like how he did in the show Pennyworth but as and old guy and the batfam realize that they don’t know anything about him or how he’s more badass than even cass???
So I don't know any that match your descriptions exactly but I do have a few where Alfred is pretty badass, I think
