What I eat in a day: 6months post op gastric bypass
08:30 - Breakfast
Danone Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt, 30g blueberries, 30g raspberries, 6 almonds
10:30 - Snack
Premier Protein Shake blended with a teaspoon of smooth peanut butter
12:30 - Lunch
60g Turkey breast, 1 slice havarti/jalapeño cheese, 2 melba toasts
14:30 - Snack
Pure Protien bar
17:00 - Dinner
1 turkey burger, 1 cup spring mix, 70g cucumber, 60g tomatoe, 1/2 teaspoon olive oil and 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
19:00 - Coffee! (First one in months)
Decaf coffee, 15mls Silk Almond Haslenut creamer, 1/4 packet of Splenda (drank about 1/3 of it)
