~Broccoli & Goat's Cheese Frittata~

broccoli pesto pasta
Sesame Beef and Broccoli
Ingredients
3 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce (we used gluten free)
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 pound top round steak, very thinly sliced
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced or grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups broccoli florets
½ cup beef broth
toasted sesame seeds and steamed rice for serving.
Instructions
In a large Ziploc, combine the sesame oil, sugar, soy sauce and vinegar, red pepper flakes and cornstarch and add the steak. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
In a large heavy pan or skillet over high heat, let the pan get smoking hot.
Add the vegetable oil and the ginger, garlic and broccoli and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add the beef and the sauce and broth and sauté for another 3 minutes until the beef is cooked through, the broccoli is tender and the sauce has slightly thickened. Serve hot with steamed rice and toasted sesame seeds.
