So I’ve been in a rut lately and when that happens i tend to create purifying and cleansing spells. So here is another that I made. It feels quite nice once it is finished. Perhaps I shouldn’t call it a spell but more so a ritual? Either way, from my heart to yours.

All you need for this is Pink Himalayan salt or Tibetan Salt. It can be a salt lamp, or coarse, just place in a silver bowl, or an iron cauldron. It will be placed between your legs.

                             Lilac Flame Transmutation

Suggestions: You can also burn incense or oil, one that helps you just relax. You can also play music, I like using Binural Beats at 432Hz. That frequency is known as the healing frequency.  It can also be strengthen during a New Moon. 

So when you start this, you want to be in a secluded place. You do not want to be bothered for about an hour or so. It is okay if its shorter than that, there is no time restraint here. Please take your time and enjoy it. Feel the change.

Alright so you want to sit down with your legs crossed, back straight (I lean against a wall, mostly because my altar is a hanging one and I usually sit under it), with the salt on the floor, between your legs. Close your eyes and just breathe. Breathe in through your nose and out your mouth. Be aware of your breathing pattern. Be conscious how your lungs fill. Do your lungs fill from the bottom up, or from the top down? Simply take note. This will help you to calm down and to relax. Once you feel pretty relax start by visualizing a white light coming from the celestial skies. See it all around you. Let it fill your lungs through your nose, and as you exhale from your mouth see it as a black color. Do this several times until you start to see the black energy turn grey, or a dull white. Place your hands on or over the salt. Breathe in, then breathe out. Twirl all that black energy you have exhaled with your hands into the salt. **Note the black energy is yours, the goal is to not rid of it, but to transmute it.*** Now start visualizing the Sun and the color red. See it all around you. Let it fill your lungs as you breath. Once you have the feel of the Sun, do the same with the Moon as a blue color. Once you see and feel the Moon combine the colors together slowly in your mind, until you start to see a lilac color. See this lilac energy as a flame, one you can hold with your hands, please play with it. See how it feels, is there heat to it? How do you feel? This flame will transmute your energy. Next push this flame into your energy system. (Some people use chakras, some use Meridians, whatever you use, push the flame into it. So for example, your heart chakra, or maybe your palms.) You want to hit any major energy point you deem necessary. Let it be guided through you body. Feel it as you guide it. Keeping your breathing steady. Again take as long as you need. Once you feel you have finished, take the flame and let it cover the salt with the black energy. Let it burn away the impurities, it most likely will not turn pure white, however it will for sure lighten up. Once you think it has lighten the most it could, let the flame disappear. You can snap your fingers, you can clap, or you can blow it out. But let it go back to the universe as you show it gratitude. Next guide the newly cleansed energy from the salt back to yourself, again through your nose. However this time, try and to breathe from the bottom of your gut all the way to the top of your chest. Let your chest expand. Let the energy merge back with you. Then let out a big sigh! Sit there for a minute or so, to ground yourself. Then reflect on what you felt by writing it down, if you'd like.
