This Grain-Free Chia Bread is great for people who are on a gluten-free, keto, or paleo diet. It's a tasty and healthy alternative to regular bread because it's full of healthy fats and fiber-rich foods like flaxseed and chia seeds.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup chia seeds. 1/4 cup ground flaxseed. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 4 large eggs. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Add the coconut flour, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, baking powder, and salt to a large bowl and mix them all together. Crack the eggs into a different bowl and mix them with the almond milk, apple cider vinegar, and melted coconut oil. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together until everything is well mixed. Spread the batter out evenly in a loaf pan that has been greased. Put it in the oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. After 10 minutes of cooling in the pan, move the bread to a wire rack to finish cooling before cutting. Cut and serve. Have fun!
