Avocado Chocolate Pudding Recipe
Very easy and uses only natural sweeteners. Makes 2 servings. Multiply amounts to make more.
1 avocado (minus skin and pit, of course)
2 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder
1/3 cup milk or whipping cream (half and half would probably work too, this is a very flexible recipe)
3 tbsp. of honey or roughly 1/6 cup maple syrup. Just fill a 1/3 cup measurement halfway. This is sweet enough for me, but feel free to add more if you want.
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Throw everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
I think it tastes best as soon as it's done, but if you want/need to refrigerate it for a few days you can. It does change the taste a little though.
This is pretty simple for a quick and (mostly) healthy chocolate fix. Enjoy!
