These Grain-Free Magic Cookie Bars are a delicious Paleo-friendly and dairy-free version of the classic dessert. They're packed with wholesome ingredients like almond flour, coconut, and nuts, making them a healthier treat option without sacrificing flavor.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup coconut sugar. 1/4 teaspoon sea salt. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/4 cup pure maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips. 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut. 1/2 cup chopped nuts such as pecans or almonds.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, coconut sugar, and sea salt. Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, and mix until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a parchment-lined 8x8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts evenly over the crust layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
