Killer Maple Mustard Beef Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches
A mouthwatering croissant breakfast sandwich filled with fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar cheese.
Ingredients: 2 croissants. 4 eggs. 4 slices of bacon. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1 tablespoon butter. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon until crispy, then set it aside on a paper towel-lined plate. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook them to your desired level of doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper. While the eggs are cooking, split the croissants in half and lightly toast them in a toaster or oven. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each bottom half of the croissants. Once the eggs are ready, place them on top of the cheese slices. Add two slices of bacon on top of the eggs for each sandwich. Top each sandwich with the other half of the croissant. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious croissant breakfast sandwich!
