Monster!Edward and Monster!James headcanons:

Edward will nickname you "Little Pup" because he sees you like one of his pups.

James will nickname you "Lass/Lad", "Champion" and sometimes when he is really proud of you, "Splendid".

Edward discovered one night that pushing you into his foreleg and gently shushing you worked like a charm to make you fall asleep. (Or maybe he just saw those "Asmr" thingies on your phone 😉)

James loves to sing to you when you can't sleep. Edelweiss, edelweiss, ev'ry morning, you greet me...
