I am highly aware that "unstable, violent & obsessive" are stereotypical descriptors for people with BPD; you kind of have to be to match the diagnostic criteria. Think of it as a reclamation.

( 🏒 ) " NOCTURNAL TORNADO : a term for individuals that are destructive in silence. they prefer indulging in their destructive behavior where no one can see them, when others are asleep or aren't around. the users behavior is much more unpredictable due to this. nocturnal tornado individuals are more likely to cause more damage to themselves and / or others compared to regular tornados. this was made for individuals who self-harm, have breakdowns, are BPD & split, etc. "

Chronic Migraines Flag

The largest color/band is green because green has been proven to be the best color for migraines! The whole flag is a desaturated rainbow so as to allow for less eye strain.

The symbol is a brain, for migraines, and is colored with a desaturated rainbow, inspired by the colors of the autism symbol, adhd symbol, etc!
