Somehow, for some reason, I feel like Makoto always leaves the house in a hurry and forgets to say goodbye lmao, Izuru always pulls him back and gives him whatever item he almost forgot and kisses him. As for Izuru, he simply states that he’s leaving or leaves a note. He prefers to let Makoto know though, because 1) it earns him a goodbye kiss and a warm smile and 2) it prevents Makoto from freaking out later about not finding Izuru

Makoto enters the house like a typical japanese person “tadaima!!!” yadayada. Meanwhile Izuru just,,,, walks in and appears right next to him, giving Makoto a severe heart attack lmao.

This is probably split between them actually!! Izuru often gets little gifts and trinkets and useful things for around the house that he thinks will make it pretty, but Makoto buys chocolates and flowers and things for Izuru specifically, especially if he sees something that reminds him of him!

I think this could be 50/50 split as well. Makoto naturally falls asleep faster but if they’re cuddling and are really relaxed, Izuru can fall asleep in Makoto’s lap in a matter of m i n u t e s, Makoto is just that comfortable to be around
