Batman Prompt 19 - Drinks
Bruce doesn't like how alcohol effects his mind
Bruce has never been drunk
I see Bruce as an affectionate drunk; his normal overthinking is thrown out the window when he gets drunk.
Jason just got to manor to find everyone(minus Damian, Alfred, and Bruce) talking in hushed voices and gossiping like teen girls. Alfred usually meets whoever enters the door. "What the hell are you guys chattering about?" Jason says with his usually "white bat attitude" as Dick says; he says this this supposed to be a pun based on the black sheep metaphor, which is stupid.
Dick looking equally excited and concerned says, "Bruce is drunk."
Tim was grinning behind Dick while scroll through pictures he took. He couldn't tell who they were of. Time gasps and mumbles, " What am doing here? I need to get my camera." He was already walking away midway through his sentence.
*I always feel bad for leaving out the girls, but I don't know how to write them without forcing it, so just pretend they are there or something.
"What is his deal?" He gestures to Tim, "And what do you mean Bruce is drunk? He never drinks." When he was a kid he thought Bruce must have been allergic to it because all adults drank.
"Idk? What do you mean idk?! You should know!"
On the couch was Bruce cuddling a resigned Damian; he was blankly stairing off while Bruce rubbed their cheeks together like a cat.
Jason blinked, then looked to Dick, then back to Bruce, and blinked again.
"Earlier he was resisting," oh Tim was back, "but he has accepted his fate."
Tim now had one of his many cameras and was taking photos of Damian and Bruce, "You should have seen him resistance earlier, I don't I have ever seen Damian that flustered. He was now quietly giggling like a little maniac while taking many more photos.
"Guys! You can't just-" Dick was saying to them when he stoped and whispered, "send them to me too."
Alfred was off to the side watching over Bruce to catch when he inevitably gets sober and hungover.
Bruce doesn't know this but his father was the same way. At parties he would drink whatever, he would be completely sober all throughout. Every thought he was just really good at holding his liquor, but in reality it just took awhile for the alcohol to take effect, so by the time the party was over and he got home he was drunk. He would immediately cling to either baby Bruce or Martha. He would give them many kisses and snuggle together.
