‘Shrimp’n’Rye Takoyaki, Nordic-Style’ // Takoyaki is a popular Japanese street food. It is essentially a savoury spherical pancake with fried tempura bits, scallions, pickled ginger, and a bit of octopus in it, served with a savoury sauce, mayonnaise, and shaved dried fish. The Danes are known for a spherical pancake called Æbleskiver.
