Hiccup is your average nerd who has friends, has a great relationship with the teachers and one of the top students in school.
But- he has a horrible home life since his dad is always absent and when he gets home, he always yells and argues with Hiccup. Even tho Hiccup is wealthy because of his dad's job being the mayor of the small town of Berk.
Meanwhile, Astrid is your ordinary gothic, sits at the back, quiet, always listens to music but pays attention to classes. Everyone looks at her like she's a creep since she's always alone.
But deep inside she always wants a friend she could talk to.
Until one day, the teacher assigned Hiccup and Astrid to team up for a class project.
