Magic is Insane
The Incubators are just the middle man, the thing making wishes come true is on a whole different level of power and craziness for the matter.
Magic itself in the Puella Magi verse is an eldritch entity that balances things out in a cruel and merciless fashion. Hope and despair, love and hate, fortune and misfortune it all sums up to a complete zero because Magic itself, which I address as ?????? because such entity is unknowable, has an insane nature trying to make every action has an equal reaction.
?????? made Madoka a multiversal goddess, we talking about something that can take an ordinary girl, weight her karmic potential and say "sure I can grant that wish" without batting an eyelash.
There is nothing in the history of anime or western animation with a power like that and all that power will maliciously turn against Madoka and Homura in the upcoming movie.
Madoka's wish brought an immesurable amount of hope but you can't cheat ?????? and Rebellion was the beginning of despair cancelling Madoka's hope in a cruel fashion.
There can't be a law that erases witches in a Universe where none existed in the first place, effect cannot erase cause which is logically impossible.
For Madoka to be the Law of Cycles, someone needs to be the Law of Witches preceding her so that causality becomes a closed loop and logic is sustained.
Who was the cause of Madoka's karmic potential again?
That's right, Homura! She caused a cosmic meltdown just to separate Madoka from the Law of Cycles and things will only go downhill from there.
Homulilly or Walpurgisnacht for that matter is the beggining of the witch Universe, she is the cause to Madoka's effect and thus must become the Law of Witches opposing the Law of Cycles in accordance to the will of ??????.
There is no happy ending for Madoka and Homura unless another godlike magical girl makes a balancing wish between them and thus creates a Holy Trinity where magical girls can be judged by their sins on a fair basis.
