Two days on the trot, look at me go!! Anyway, enjoy dorky Mammon.
—
“Mammon, can I borrow you for a second?” MC called from within her bathroom.
“What d’ya want now? Can’t ya see I’m busy?” Mammon complained from the human’s bed.
“No actually, I can’t see through walls.” She answered from the other side of the door.
“Ah jheez…” Mammon muttered before swinging his legs over the bed.
Entering the bathroom, he was met by a half dressed MC. Instantly a red flush washed across his cheeks.
“Wh—what’s up?” He asked, trying his best to sound nonchalant.
“Can you help me with my zip?” MC asked, gesturing toward the agape material that was down the side of her body.
“S—sure.” Mammon nodded, stepping closer to her.
MC lifted up one arm out of Mammon’s way while using the other to hold the dress to her chest.
Mammon crouched down and sheepishly gripped the zip between his fingers. He mentally cursed to himself when he had to place his free hand on MC’s waist to help his other pull up the zip.
His movements were ridiculously slow and MC soon noticed his trembling.
Her side practically vibrated as Mammon shakily pulled the zip across her exposed skin.
“Mammon, are you okay?” MC asked quietly.
“I’M FINE” he quickly answered, finally reaching the top of the zip before swiftly turning on his heel to leave the room. “It’s just a bit hot in here y’know?!”
I was going to do this as HCs but that would mean me finding the time and motivation to write up every scenario in one post. Instead I am being lazy and will do one at a time. Who’s reaction would you like to see next?
—
“Lucifer, can you help me please?” MC asked as she met him in the hallway.
“What’s wrong?” He asked immediately, his eyebrows furrowing as he studied the human’s hand placement.
“I can’t do my zip up - do you mind doing it for me please?” She asked desperately, failing to manoeuvre her arms in such a way to do it herself.
Lucifer’s initial worry soon left and was replaced by mere bemusement.
“Wouldn’t it just be easier if I unzip your efforts?” He asked nonchalantly.
“Lucifer!” MC quipped, “I’ll go and ask one of the others.”
“No need.” He chuckled, stepping closer to the human. “Turn around.” He ordered in a low tone.
Complying, MC turned on her heel so that her back faced the demon.
She felt his presence close behind her.
Lucifer moved slowly as his large hand gripped the zip; easing it up MC’s spine.
He savoured every sweet second he spent in such close proximity to the human.
“There.” He whispered as he finished the job, “I suppose you can finish getting dressed on your own now?”
“Thank you, Lucifer.” MC shook her head before walking away; trying not to give him the satisfaction by exposing the sheepish smile on her face.
- “so is there anything in particular you want to see while you’re here?” “I’d love to go to the Library of Alexandria” “Satan, that burnt down.” “What? When?” “Thousands of years ago?”
- Satan gets SO excited whenever he sees a cat on the streets and he insists they go and cuddle every single one (even if they’re on the other side of the road)
- visits many cat cafes and he deems it the best thing ever
- “so MC, what nice things are there to see in your hometown?” “Ooh there’s a really nice church we can visit!” “…you know I can’t go near them right?”
- afternoon tea!
- many picnics in various parks that end in Satan laying down with his head on MC’s thighs while he reads to her
- various trips to different markets where Satan stocks up on his human realm literacy
- super suave dates (I’m thinking Daniel Cleaver style reading poetry from a row boat?? Minus the falling in of course)
- wakes up early every morning so that he can make MC a coffee to have in bed
- many coffee dates in various cafes (quite often they’ll have silent dates where they’re reading their own books and then fill each other in at the end of what happened)
- candlelit dinners together every night
- nights spent by the fire, where their clothes slowly disappear one by one
- “MC I think you should let me buy you a cat so he can look after you while I’m not here.”
- buys lots of tea to take back with him to Devildom
- long walks together, always hand in hand, talking about anything and everything
- Satan plans their future together on the back of a napkin and insists MC keeps it as a reminder of his love for her
“Oi MC, what d’ya think ya doing hidin’ up here all day?! Mammon questioned as he entered the human’s room.
“Well hello to you too.” She smiled at him with a raised brow as Mammon plonked his bottom on the end of the bed.
“My brothers have been boring me all afternoon, where the hell have ya been?!” He asked desperately, waving his hands dramatically in the air.
“I’ve been studying.” She laughed at him.
“Can’t ya take a break?” He asked, turned his body to face her.
“Do you want me to?” She quipped, discarding her textbook to one side.
“Well yeah!” He answered swiftly.
Completely amused by his reaction, MC held out her arms. “Come here then.” She ordered. “Come give me a cuddle.”
Shuffling up the bed, Mammon accepted her invitation. “Alright if I have to…” he commented nonchalantly as he - very quickly - wrapped his arms around MC’s body.
The human smiled as she nuzzled her face into the crook of Mammon’s neck; the gesture causing him to blush. MC took in the faint smell of aftershave that clung to his skin as she let out a quiet “mmm.”
As the human was getting settled, Mammon took the time to gaze down at her. To his surprise though, something new caught his eye.
“What’s that?” He asked curiously, pulling out of their embrace slightly so that he could point to the human’s chest. He could see some thing poking out from behind her top.
Glancing down at where he pointed, MC then met his eyes. “My tattoo.” She answered casually.
“Since when d’ya have a tattoo?!” He questioned in disbelief.
“I got it done when I last went home; it was supposed to be something to remember my time here by. I had no idea I’d be coming back.” She informed the demon.
“Oh…” he answered.
“Wanna see what it says?” MC asked with a small smirk.
“I guess…” he shrugged, assuming it’d be something to do with one of the other brothers.
MC shook her head at his lack of enthusiasm knowing full well what his reaction would be after she reveals what it is.
Sitting up in the bed, she slowly tugged at her tank top until her collar bone was revealed.
Written on it in a simple italic font was the name ‘Mammon’
As soon as Mammon saw his name, his eyes widened.
“Wait, you’ve got my name?!” He questioned in pure disbelief.
“I do.” MC answered with a simple smile.
“Why?!” He asked, his eyebrows furrowing and his cheeks growing hot.
“Because you’re my favourite, Mammon.” MC teased.
At this point, Mammon’s cheeks were bright red.
“So ya haven’t got any of the other brothers names on ya?!” He asked, a huge smile threatening to appear on his face.
“Nope. Only yours.” The human confirmed.
“Fuck—that’s kinda hot!” Mammon spoke excitedly; sitting up in the bed.
By now, he had the biggest grin on his face.
“You like it then do you?” MC laughed at him.
“Yeah!” He spoke enthusiastically, “but don’t ya go and get anyone else’s names on ya.”
“I wouldn’t dream of it.” MC answered smoothly.
“Jheez MC, the things ya do to me.” Mammon shook his head.
“I don’t want you to go.” - Diavolo x MC (based on Night Bringer)
So I started playing Night Bringer yesterday and just a few chapters in, I’ve already had the question of “what if MC gets too used to being in the past that when they are able to return to the future, they don’t want to?”
Anyway long story short I wanted to write some angst with Diavolo and MC where she doesn’t want to leave but feels guilty because the present day Diavolo is waiting for her😂
—
MC sat on the edge of her bed as her brain was swarmed with thoughts. Her mind was completely conflicted and she had hardly been able to function that day because of her impending dilemma.
Solomon told her it was time go back to the future.
Although for the longest time MC had wanted to return to the life she knew, she eventually grew used to the timeline she was plonked into; especially those in it. How could she possibly say goodbye and leave forever knowing she’d spent so long with the demons of the past?
And then there was an even bigger dilemma that took up most of her conscious.
What about Diavolo?
It’d seem no matter what lifetime MC found Diavolo in, the two of them would always find a way to be together.
The human silently cursed herself for allowing such a thing to happen, but at the same time she regretted nothing because it was still Diavolo, just not the Diavolo she had first known.
As her mind continued to race, she was startled when there was a knock at the door. Standing up, she made her way over to the noise; already suspecting who stood on the other side.
And as she had anticipated, when she pulled the door toward her, she was met by a very familiar face.
“Hey…” she spoke quietly, moving aside to let Diavolo in.
The Prince had a somber expression which immediately told MC he’d been told the news.
As he stepped in, the pair of them met eyes. A small smile crept onto his lips as his amber gaze scanned the human’s face.
“You look beautiful today, MC.” He complimented quietly.
“Thank you.” She smiled back.
“Solomon has told me the news.” He informed her quietly, stepping further into the room, “I understand you can return to your timeline now.”
“I can.” MC nodded, “although I’m not sure how I feel about it.”
“I imagine your mind must be conflicted; you seem so settled here now.” Diavolo commented.
“I am.” MC agreed, “completely settled if anything. I hadn’t anticipated Solomon telling me I could go back today. It’s thrown me off entirely.”
Diavolo turned his head to face her, urging for her to continue.
“I’ve been here so long now that I’ve grown used to it; it feels normal now.” She explained, “it’s almost like the future never happened and I’ve been here this whole time. I’d almost forgotten what was waiting for me in the future.”
“Or who.” Diavolo added, his tone unusually monotone.
“That’s what makes this feel so wrong.” MC admitted, “it’s you waiting for me.”
Diavolo stayed quiet for a moment as he gazed at MC. His eyes studied every inch of her. Although he was sad, he struggled to feel it when he was with her. He wondered how he got so lucky that he managed to have MC in two different lifetimes.
“I’ve been here so long now that it feels like you haven’t changed and I never left you; but I know there’s still you waiting for me somewhere.” MC half laughed, “it’s like some sort of cruel joke. And now the opportunity to return has been offered to me, I don’t know if I can do it so easily as I first wanted to. Me being brought here wasn’t my choice; I couldn’t do anything about it. Whereas now I do have a choice and it’s the hardest thing I’ve ever had to consider.”
Diavolo’s face fell at her words. Stepping toward her, he held out his arms. “Come here.” He spoke quietly, pulling her into his embrace.
MC accepted his advances; savouring the feeling of his warm body around hers.
“This is entirely selfish of me to say to you, MC, but I don’t want you to go.” He admitted, holding her tight.
Pulling out of their embrace to look Diavolo in the eyes, MC sighed. “I know.”
“Does the present me at least treat you well?” He asked.
“Of course he does, it’s you.” She smiled sadly at him.
“We’re not two different demon’s you know, MC,” Diavolo informed her, “you wouldn’t really be leaving anyone if you chose to stay.”
“That’s not how it feels though.” MC sighed, “somewhere in the future I know there’s you waiting for me.”
“I’m right here.” He spoke simply.
MC’s eyebrows furrowed as she studied his expression. He wasn’t wrong, he was the same demon she knew. Exactly the same.
“I know.” She breathed, placing her hand on his cheek, “and I don’t want to go either.”
“Then stay,” he pleaded once more, “you’re not really leaving the future me if you choose to stay with me now. You’ll just give me the biggest blessing of allowing myself to be with you a few hundred years more.”
MC considered his statement. It’s true, the future seemed to just be a memory in her head whereas what she was faced with now was real.
Diavolo was real. That irreplaceable hunger between them was real. It was staring her in the face.
“I want you, MC.” Diavolo spoke quietly.
His cheeks were rosy and there was nothing but innocence in his eyes.
“Please don’t go.”

What did you think? I might do a part 2 if people like it!😁
MC has to look after the brothers after they’re hexed and turned into babies (MC x Lucifer)
MC hummed to herself as she unlocked the front door to the House of Lamentation. Stepping inside, she made her way toward the staircase before swiftly stopping in her tracks.
“Is that a baby?” She questioned to herself; scrunching her eyebrows.
She could definitely hear some kind of wailing and it was coming from inside the house. Curious, she diverted her steps and made her way down the hallway; following the noise.
Eventually she was lead to the living room door. Concerned, she slowly pushed it opened and peered her head round.
Her eyes widened when she realised what was on the other side. “What on earth…” she whispered, pushing the door open completely.
Sat on the floor were 6 young toddlers. More specifically, 6 young toddlers who were wearing clothes suspiciously similar to the brothers.
She winced as the baby who resembled Mammon cried. But as she glanced over at him, she noticed what appeared to be a letter at his feet.
Picking it up, she read the short note plastered on the front.
“Oh my god!” She spoke in disbelief, realising the disappearance of the brothers and the new appearance of the tiny versions of them was the result of a witches hex.
In complete shock - and horror - the human’s head quickly turned left and right as she accounted for each brother.
She immediately noticed Lucifer was missing. Quickly heading to the door, she prayed that she’d find the eldest brother in his study and that he’d know what to do to reverse the hex.
MC practically sprinted down the halls before she reached his door. Knocking on it gently, she swiftly let herself inside when she heard Lucifer’s familiar voice invite her in.
“Thank god you’re here. Lucifer, something bad has happened.” She informed him in a worried tone.
The eldest brother glanced up at the human, his facial expression softened when he saw her face.
“Is this the witches hex? I already knew about that.” He informed her simply, sitting back in his chair.
“Are you not concerned?” She questioned bewildered.
“They got themselves into that mess, they can get themselves out of it.” He stated.
“But Lucifer, I know what they did was probably stupid but they’re literal babies now. We’ve got to look after them.” She pleaded, “they’re in there crying their heads off right now. Punish them however you like when the hex is reversed, but don’t abandon them now. Please help me.”
“You have the soft heart of a human, MC.” He sighed, standing up from his desk.
Ordinarily, he’d just leave the brothers to sort themselves out. However, with MC involved, he thought it’d be best to keep her pleased. Plus, this did give him the chance to spend some time alone with her; something that came rarely in the house with 7 demons.
“Come on then.” He spoke, “I assume they’re still in the lounge.”
“Well they can’t exactly walk off.” MC muttered, earning a look from Lucifer.
Following his steps, MC entered the hallway again as Lucifer lead them toward the room the human had just been in. Once again, the loud sound of the brothers crying entered their ears.
“What exactly do you want me to do?” Lucifer asked as they reached the door.
“Pick up whoever is crying and just comfort them.” She instructed, opening the door. “Either that or try to think of a way to break the hex.”
“I’ll go for the latter.” He stated.
Making her way back over to Mammon, MC bent down as she picked him up. “I’ve got you.” She spoke softly as she whisked him up into her arms; bouncing up and down gently to soothe him.
Although she was only giving Mammon attention, the sound of her voice seemed to calm the other brothers too.
Lucifer noticed the way the room quietened and it was just MC’s gentle lulls that filled it.
Although the situation probably cut one year off MC’s life with all the stress, the human did enjoy taking care of the brothers while they were so small.
“Gosh you’re cute.” She cooed at Mammon, “we’re going to get those mean witches who did this to you, aren’t we? Yes we are.”
Lucifer shot MC an amused expression as she spoke to baby Mammon.
“You know MC, motherhood suits you.” He informed her nonchalantly. “I think I like seeing you with a baby in your arms.”
Recognising his suggestive tone, the human quickly shot Lucifer a look.
“What did you fancy doing today?” MC asked as she dried off the mug she’d just washed. “Is there a list of things you want to tick off?”
Diavolo was in the human realm for a few days visiting MC. The trip was long overdue; being the future King of Devildom, it was very rare he’d get the chance to leave for such a long period of time.
However, after countless long nights and with Barbatos’ help, Diavolo managed to escape his duties for a weekend with MC.
“How about a bar?” Diavolo suggested, watching MC as she finished cleaning up after her morning beverage.
“A bar?” MC chuckled, glancing over shoulder at the demon.
“Yes!” He grinned, “I think it’ll be fun having a drink while I’m in the human realm. Unwind a little you know?”
“Okay,” MC laughed, “I’ll take you to a bar; there’s one I think you’d like in town.”
“Excellent!” Diavolo smiled excitedly, taking a step further into the room.
Just as their conversation ended, the Prince was distracted by movement in the corner of his eye. Out of the window, he noticed a car pull into MC’s driveway.
“Are you expecting someone?” He asked, turning back to meet MC’s eyes.
“No?” She answered confused, stepping next to the demon to look out of the window. “Oh god it’s my parents.”
With a cheeky grin, Diavolo turned to face MC. “Is it now?”
The human found his gaze and pulled a face at him. “Don’t get any ideas.” She warned with a laugh.
“Would I ever?” He raised an eyebrow, holding his hands up defensively.
“Wait here.” MC shook her head at him.
Disappearing out of the room, the human headed to the front door to greet her parents.
“Hello!” She smiled as she opened the door, “what are you doing here?”
“Your Father and I are going to see your Nan so I thought I’d pick up the dry cleaning you had done for her.” MC’s Mum informed her.
“Oh yeah, sure.” MC nodded, letting her parents in.
Leading them through the house, MC headed toward the kitchen. She smiled at Diavolo as she re-entered. The human had intended to introduce him, however, her Mum beat her to the chance.
“Oh hello!” She greeted surprised, with a smile on her lips. “I hadn’t realised MC had company.”
“Mum, this is…Dia.” MC trailed off.
“Dia,” her mum repeated - still with a big grin on her face - “what an unusual name.”
“It’s a pleasure to meet you.” He greeted warmly, returning the smile. Stepping forward, he held out his arm to shake MC’s Dad’s hand.
Her Dad eyed the up the tall figure in front of him as he shook his hand. “Nice to meet you.” He nodded simply.
While they were sharing their introductions, MC’s mum quickly gave a daughter a suggestive look. The human could only smile sheepishly at her mother.
“So what do you two have planned today?” MC’s mum asked excitedly.
“Dia’s not from here so I thought I’d show him around town and we’d go to a few bars.” MC answered as Diavolo nodded with a smile.
“Not from around here?” Her Mum questioned raising an eyebrow, “does that mean you’re here for the weekend?”
“Don’t worry, MC’s already told me I’m in the spare room.” Diavolo quipped, earning a laugh from MC’s mother.
“Well I hope she’s made the bed…” her Mum commented.
“I have, don’t worry.” MC shot a look at her mother.
“Well Dia you must be special because I’ve never seen the place so spotless.” Her mum continued.
“Do you mind?” MC laughed.
“Really?” He questioned, turning to MC dramatically with a grin. “Oh I do feel honoured.”
“Oh my…” MC spoke quietly shaking her head, her cheeks going red.
“Alright well we better leave you two be then.” MC’s Mum smiled, noticing her daughter’s embarrassment. “You two have a lovely weekend! MC I want to hear all about it after.”
“Yep. Thanks Mum.” MC smiled awkwardly, as she felt Diavolo’s hand on her shoulder.
Quickly turning her head to face him, she playfully rolled her eyes as he mouthed an innocent ‘what?’
“It’s been a pleasure to meet you both.” Diavolo spoke warmly, earning another toothy smile from MC’s Mum.
“And you, Dia!” She gleamed. “Hopefully we’ll see you again soon.”
“Nice to meet you.” MC’s dad piped up, nodding at Diavolo.
“Say hello to Nan for me.” MC spoke as she lead them back toward the door; making sure to grab the dry cleaning first.
Her parents said their goodbyes before MC shut the door, returning to the kitchen once again.
Stood in the middle with a big grin on his face, Diavolo’s amber eyes met hers.
“You know you’re going to have to keep coming back now, don’t you?” She laughed at him.
“I’d be delighted!” He smiled.
“Alright, grab your coat funny man - we’re going drinking.” She rolled her eyes again before breaking out into a smile.
