Meet: @ari_annie_340 I’m Ariana, my journey started on April 1st 2017. After visiting family in Ohio for my uncles birthday I was horrified by how unhealthy I looked in pictures. My entire life I had been a relatively healthy and very thin, however over the years things changed drastically. My eating habits were poor causing my energy levels to decrease and the weight continued to increase. Before I knew it I weighed 226 pounds and I felt every bit of it so I decided to make a change. Change can be intimidating especially will the internet can overwhelm you with “get fit quick” gimmicks! I took things one step at a time trusting myself and the natural ability that we all have inside us to problem solve and figure things out! I began switching things in my daily diet for healthier options and went to the gym daily developing my own routine. Slow and steady wins the race!! Starting Tip: You didn’t put the weight on overnight so give yourself time, be KIND to yourself, be patient with yourself ! Make it a mental journey and everything else will follow! #wlstories . . .
