Yor fears that she will not be enough for her darling. No matter how skilled and strong she may be there is always room for the insecurities and doubts in Yor's mind, she wants nothing more but to be able to have a happy life with her darling, to be able to be her darling's family and safe space but because of that same wish is that she doubts herself a lot, everything she have done so far was just to protect her family and she has never been able to value herself far from that so she doesn't really see why she would be enough for her darling, wich terrifies her

Loid fears the day he will have to choose between his work and his darling. For the longest time he had nothing but his job, he have devoted his life to his job, to do everything that it is in his power to stop what have terrorized and destroyed his childhood, in his plans was never falling in love with his darling but it happened, without even noticing or planning it his darling became an essential part of his life, something that makes him doubt putting his life at risk, something that makes him wish to have a normal life to be able to stay at your side, something that definetly will interfere with his job at some point

Yuri Briar

Yuri fears that the political situation will end up hurting his darling. There is nothing in this world this man wants more than being able to bring peace and happiness for the two people who means the world to him, Yuri wants to be able to provide his darling with nothing but the best, to shower his darling in love, to be able to create a place where his darling will never have to fear nor lack anything, but because of his job he knows some of the worst part of humanity, he knows what scum looks like and the idea of his darling suffer from it terrifies him just as much as make him feel more determinated to change it

You made to sure hold your daughter’s hand tightly as you sat on a park bench. A little walk out never hurt anyone. You were aware of the dangers the world held to a little girl, so you didn’t let her wander too far away.

Your plan worked out well, for the most part. Your daughter, Hayley, was having the time of her life trying to catch falling leaves from a tree. She jumped around, giggling, but she failed to notice the gorgeous woman walking by her. Hayley bumped into her, but you were already on your feet, a blush on your cheeks and an apology at the tip of your tongue. 

The woman glanced down, a cold look on her face before she kneeled down.

You rushed over to her but before you could say anything, the woman smiled. “You’re a feisty girl, aren’t you?” 

“I’m so sorry about her. Hayley, behave!”

Hayley giggled as if she could understand what Fiona said about her. “Hah!” She fisted her hands into Fiona’s hair that you’re sure had a whole routine. She twirled the ends of it around her fingers. 

“Oh my goodness, Hayley, please! I’m so sorry, Fiona.” 

“It’s fine, don’t worry about it.” Fiona chuckled. “My daughter was never as active as the little one here.”

“Oh, you have a daughter?” You removed Hayley’s hands from Fiona’s hair and picked her up. 

“Yes, she’s a grown woman now.” A note of pride entered Fiona’s voice before she cleared her throat. “Alas. I was on a business trip, so if you excuse me . . .”

“Oh, yes, of course.” Disappointment coursed through your veins, but you squelched it done. “It was a pleasure talking to you, Fiona.” 

“Oh, don’t think you’re getting away that easily.” She smirked. “Here’s my number. Give me a call sometime.”

You didn’t trust the Axeman. He was too seductive, too cunning, and all his charm only served to mask the darkness lingering in his eyes. Oh, you saw right through him. The problem was, however, that Fiona trusted him. Almost as much as she trusted you, considering how she ignored your advice. 

An aching feeling of jealousy and worry knawed in your stomach as you leaned on the doorframe, watching the Axeman and Fiona interact. She giggled—giggled!—at one of his remarks, and he leaned forward to place a hand on her thigh. That was enough.

You cleared your throat, noting with great satisfaction that a guilty expression crossed the Axeman’s face. 

“I do think I’ll take my leave now. Same time tomorrow, yes?” He kissed Fiona’s hand and smirked at you before exiting the room.

You stared daggers at his back, Fiona’s sigh breaking you out of your thoughts. “Honestly, Y/N, must you scare him away? He’s the only semi-intelligent person here, besides you.”

You cut right to the chase. “Be honest with me, Fiona. Is there something between you and him?” 

She sighed again and poured herself a drink. “I’ve always been honest with you.”

“So?”

“There’s nothing between us. I can promise you that.”

Your shoulders slumped in relief. “Okay. I trust you.” As you made a move to leave, Fiona grasped your wrist and tugged you toward her. “I love you. Just you. So. Yeah.”

A smile tugged at your lips at her attempt to comfort you. She was prone to jealousy, so perhaps she understood how you felt at this moment, even though she didn’t act like it. “I know, Fiona.”

Even though the Axeman would show up tomorrow, Fiona was with you and she loved you. Her words helped quell the anger in you, although you worried exactly what did he have in mind.

Her insults grind on your nerves until one day you snap at Fiona because she’s annoying, and could she stop that already? She doesn’t say anything, but there’s a glimmer of respect and a flick on an eyebrow. Eh, you’ll take it.

The changing moment in your relationship is when Fiona’s passed out on the floor, drunk in the afternoon. You take a good look at her, sigh, and drag her to her room. You leave painkillers and water for her after covering her up with a blanket. Someone has to take care of her if she won’t do it herself. Fiona gives you quiet thanks afterward, accompanied by a short nod.

Afterward, you don’t insult each other anymore. Well, you do, but it only has a little bite. It’s your unique way of joking around. Smirks are now exchanged, and anyone who sees you thinks you’re an old married couple. You start pushing Fiona’s buttons on purpose, especially with your chill, go-with-the-flow vibe. All she does is sigh and mutter curse words. 

When you start falling for Fiona, you make sure your actions aren’t too soft—you don’t want to scare her away, after all. Your love is less of the verbal kind and more of the actions. It’s in the way you make sure she has a limit on her drinking, or how you make sure she’s eaten, or in your constant worry of her.

Constance is homophobic, as shown in some of the episodes. So when she realizes she might be anything other than straight, she’ll deny it immediately, crush her thoughts until she won’t—refuses—to think about her sexuality. Constance would convince herself that she’s straight, she’s always been attracted to men. And not a single woman, until she met you. Ultimately, her attraction to you would make Constance question her beliefs and morals because she didn’t want to be straight, only to miss out on you.

It would be a long road to self-acceptance, or to anything resembling that. You would have to be patient with Constance and teach her how being gay is good, not an abomination, and whoever wrote the Bible was sadly mistaken.

Constance wouldn’t like to talk to other gay women—out of embarrassment and shame—but she would like to read books about LGBT history. She’s like to discuss big events with you, and would actually be proud of the strength shown by the gay community.

SISTER JUDE:

Oh, Sister Jude. Her reaction would differ on if she was a Sister, an inmate, or free. However, her feelings were always negative: shame, shock, anger at herself, confusion, worry. When she was a Sister, she locked up Lana for being gay, just like she was. How could so do that? Jude was raised to hate anyone who was abnormal. Her family, friends, society, and religion taught her that being gay got you killed. She would struggle the most. Her world would be turned upside down.

Jude would have to question her religion deeply—at later stages, she would renounce it completely. The Bible told her “man shall not lie with man, as it is an abomination” and how could she argue against that? But if God was all-knowing and perfect—which He was—then why would He have made her gay? She would agonize over this push and pull inside of her, and your help, your touch steadied her. No matter what, you were perfect.

She would be a little bit ashamed to say that she was a woman, you were a woman, and you were in love, so Jude would slowly get acquainted with gay activists in newspapers and books. There was something comforting about knowing another gay woman was going through the same pain as her. Your advice and words would be heavily needed. Jude and you would find happiness someday, though.

FIONA GOODE:

Fiona wouldn’t be shocked outright, but she would certainly be confused and surprised. She’s always lusted after men, but you made her feel alive. Your touch was soft and caring, and she loved that. She loved you. Fiona would decline to do in-depth reading and thinking; she was just gay and more importantly, in love with you.

She would probably struggle with internalized homophobia, but she was always confident, so she was certain she could love herself even after her revelation. You would watch Fiona when she took her first steps as a gay woman and would be there to catch her when she fell.

ELSA MARS:

Elsa wouldn’t be ashamed or surprised; all she’d do is smile when she realizes her feelings for you, then quirk an eyebrow when she realizes the implications of her crush. Having traveled for large parts of her life, she’s met a large variety of people. When she sees her beloved monsters, she always thinks that who is she to judge when someone’s born with something they can’t change? Elsa knows all too well self-hate and confusion so she would welcome her new feelings like an old friend.

Elsa would probably tell you about her sexuality, partly because she wanted to and partly so you would think you stood a chance with her. If you came to her tent later, Elsa would be delighted. It was your choice to pursue a relationship, all she did was give you a nudge.
