4/1/17 So serious question, is it bad to be in the peak heart rate zone so much?? Usually I manually change the resistance and follow my heart rate and how tired my legs get, but today I tried one of the preset things and it absolutely killed me. In a good way of course 😊

Hubby got me a present! IT'S PINK! I loved my Fitbit HR, but it broke awhile ago. Fitbit gave me a full refund, but I never replaced it because I'm a cheap bastard. So hubby did it for me! I really love Fitbit. I think it's so simple and the app is really functional. AND IT'S PINK!
