My New Year’s Resolutions
I know it’s so cliche, but I have many resolutions this new year for self-betterment. Several of them boil down to basically logging daily in the 2017 Blogilates Planner. This handy little planner is chockfull of awesome features like daily tracking of water, meals, workouts, and sleep hours. All of which I hope to build healthier habits in the new year by staying hydrated, getting fit, eating properly, and getting some needed Zzz’s. I plan to make this the year of Pop Pilates!
Beyond that I of course hope to improve the health of my skin by revamping my skin care routine as you’ve already seen me blog about and maximize the amount of hair growth I achieve this year. Check out where I’m at now, about armpit length, which is approximately 16 inches.
And check out where I started March 25, 2014 when I chopped off my hair!!! Pretty good for a couple of setbacks in the past two years and nine months of growth.
