5/20/18 #fulldayofeating. I woke up this morning with the lowest fasting blood sugar ready I've ever had. That's pretty cool ☺️. - For breakfast I had cream cheese, a half of a serving of macadamia nuts, and some pepperoni snack bites. Let me tell you.....measuring and eating only a half of a serving of macadamia nuts is not easy 😳. I wanted more so bad but I stayed true lol. - For my second meal I brought a packed lunch to my grandma's house. My family went over to celebrate my sisters birthday and they all had icecream cake and chicken pot pie. Instead I had turkey meatballs, cream cheese, asparagus, bacon bits, and mushrooms heated up into a delicious melty mess. I also had 2 fat bombs instead of cake. - Meal 3 I didn't have any carbs left so basically ate #carnivoreketo.
