Breakfast: the last slices of my homemade pumpkin bread with biscoff spread, manilife peanut butter and meridian peanut butter
Lunch: salad, baked beans, sauerkraut, hummus and a homemade vegan foldy egg
Snack: about half a punnet of reduced strawberries
Dinner: the new vegan koftas from aldi with pasta, nooch and veg
Evening snack/pudding: Wheetabix and homemade strawberry chia jam. An apple and green tea.
