Makarov and Graves both gaining supply from arguments and fights, but only from coming on top or "winning", so they're constantly butting heads, constantly fighting. People would think they hate eachother, and they do! But they also love eachother. It's a romantic type of hate
Makarov not needing as much attention as Graves, getting most of his supply already from just seeing his "work" and doing a "good job" with Konni and stuff. Graves meanwhile being the most attention seeking asshole ever, constantly prodding Makarov, constantly trying to start fights or banter but refusing to admit it's cause he wants attention
Both of them having a superiority complex and more often than not arguing over who is better. In their own internal hierarchies they are obviously at the top however they both put eachother above everyone else but below themselves. (So Makarov : himself , Graves , everyone else — Graves : himself , Makarov , Shadows , everyone else)
Makarov having his first narc crash in forever after he gets out of prison and Graves, who has probably had tons now, trying to help him through it reluctantly by giving him supply and praise (not without crying internally, Graves doesn't like praising people unless they've earned it and he feels awkward comforting people). Makarov refuses to acknowledge it again after this
Or alternatively Makarov having his first ever narc crash IN prison and having to force himself to "get it together" and to "push throughout" despite feeling genuinely horrible. He isn't fully aware it's a crash (infact I don't think he'd even know what a crash is) so not only does he not tell anyone but he doesn't even understand himself what happened other than he had some kind of mental drop and he hated it
Also Graves and Makarov bonding over demeaning other people and acknowledging how superior they are. This, of course, also ends in a fight because they can't talk about superiority without inevitably bringing up how they think they're better than the other. To put it simply they're shit talkers, Graves is the worst for it though
They both have homicidal thoughts but Graves is really good at holding them in and recognising them as irrational. Graves rarely ever acts on them. Makarov, however, does not consider them irrational and the second he starts to think those thoughts he usually ends up acting on them. He 100% sees no issue with this, to him if he thinks someone should die then they should, it's that simple to him. Graves usually tries to convince him not to, not cause he cares much for Makarov's men (who are usually the targets of this) or anything, but because he can recognise that killing off your own army is a dumbass idea. Graves however does care for his shadows and will fucking fight Makarov if he tries to kill one of them
I don’t rlly think a whole lot about human AUs. They’re not my favorite tbh. (Partially bc I only draw their toon forms so I’ve forgotten how to draw normally at this point). Tho I can’t remember if the Mary Poppins’ AU is a human au or not.
In terms of behaviors you cannot tell me that cuphead doesn’t have the most rigorous hair and skin care routine. Bro just screams “has 50 cleansers” and uses a gouache stone every night.

For bendy I think his name is Benjamin but it was shortened to Benny then to bendy. Boris remains the same.
I headcanon that the cupbros are at least partially Greek because of the ties with the calix animi and its inspiration with Ancient Greece. So for cuphead I think his name would be Kylix which translates to “cup” so people call him cup and cuppy. I don’t really have an idea for mugs tho.
Tho in the Mary poppins cup and mugs are Czechoslovakian. I guess Slovak in current times but this au I set before the split so yeah. In that case their names are Čupka (pronounced I believe “choop-ka” but I think someone misreads it so cup just stuck) and Mug’s is Mstislav nicknamed misty but kids are cruel and teased him for having a “girly name” so it went from misty to mugsy to match his brother. So. Yeah.
Pretty sure that it’s cannon Felix is English/British whatever the term is so that doesn’t change.

Roach who stims in "passive" ways, usually by tapping his fingers gently on his trousers or by shifting back and forth on his feet. He used to do way more louder type stims, waving his hands, jumping, sometimes making lots of sounds, but after people kept getting mad he learned to reign it in
Roach who, for the first time in years, finds himself stimming more openly and "loudly" when he's with the 141. Roach who finds a home with them, a place where he can be himself with no fear of judgement or of them hating him
Roach who got his call sign as an insult, a cruel joke, something about how he always came back even when they didn't want him to, how he was an annoying roach. Roach who hated his call sign for years, only ever heard it said with vitriol or mocking tones. Roach who would learn to appreciate it and accept it in the task force, who would hear it as a normal call sign and not an insult for the first time

Additionally Roach who can sleep anywhere and everywhere, who takes advantage of this and usually falls asleep on Ghost or Price for fun. They complain about it but never ever try to wake him up
Roach who gets along with Gaz and Soap, who tries to help them play pranks on Ghost or Price but sometimes has to opt out due to getting overwhelmed. Gaz and Soap who understand and let him watch from afar if he wants. If he can't they record it for him, so he can see it when he feels better
Roach who likes the texture of Soaps hair, who often just sits in his lap and plays with it. Roach who likes the look of Gaz's eyes, who ends up staring at them more often than not, despite usually struggling with eye contact it feels easier with Gaz
Roach who usually listens to Gaz's "drama breakdowns" where he just lists every little secret and bit of drama he's heard on or off base, Roach who sometimes shares some secrets he's also heard since some people like to assume he's also deaf or just straight up ignore his presence
Roach who has Soap explain what it's like to have a big family to him. Who listens to him about every little detail about his siblings and his childhood. Roach who also likes to ask Soap questions about Scotland and the land there

Andrei and Oz bonding over how annoying their commanders can be. Though Oz is slightly shocked and maybe a bit concerned about the fact that Graves is dating(?? He doesn't know what to call it, are they dating? Hate fucking? God knows) Makarov of all people. Andrei is not surprised, he has learned that anything is possible when it comes to Makarov and apparently Graves too
Makarov and Graves are a power couple, just in the way where they make eachother worse and thrive on it. They are the most petty when together, this includes doing shit like using their right hand men as "messengers", purposely taking each others seats or preferred spots when in shared spaces, one time drawing on the others face when they fell asleep, ect
Andrei is usually the one who has to deal with their messes, because Oz just refuses to put up with it, while Andrei cannot say no to his Komandir. Andrei is usually the one trying to convince Makarov not to take things too far and sometimes trying to convince Graves not to start things in the first place
Andrei also usually ends up being the one cleaning up broken glass and shit, courtesy of Graves being an asshole who throws things to be more dramatic. Not to say Makarov doesn't either, he has a few times but Graves is the worst for it. Andrei has learned to hide the lamps and vases when they start fighting, if there's any left anyways
While Makarov and Graves do often get supply from eachother they sometimes source it from other people or things, for Makarov that's usually his own missions, but occasionally also Andrei. The fact that he's so loyal is almost enough supply within of itself. Graves gets quite a bit from his shadows and from clients, especially from getting to brag about how successful his company is. Though as mentioned previously Graves does love getting it from arguments and such, especially when they involve him being called a monster or being demonized. This is to say the 141 are also a source of supply, he loves mocking them, they fall for his rage bait so easily
Andrei has gotten caught in the middle of Graves and Makarov's fights multiple times now. Mostly by Graves calling on him to back him up, which he never does because why would he? Makarov is his Komandir, not Graves. Though sometimes it is hard to ignore Graves, especially when he started flirting with Andrei just to get back at Makarov. Which resulted in Makarov trying to one up Graves by doing the same but in his own weird way, usually by just informing Andrei of everything he knew of him out of nowhere, or by showing him his "accomplishments" (kills) and praising him for them
In the end poor Andrei ends up incredibly confused, he knows Makarov and Graves like eachother in their own weird way, but he is unsure how he fits in there and isn't even sure if Graves likes him either
Additionally, I would like to note that Graves and Makarov do not know what NPD is or that they have it. For their own reasons, I don't imagine Makarov has ever had a proper mental evaluation, outside of maybe when he joined the russian army, and Graves is just too proud to go see a psychiatrist, even if he's mildly aware he needs one. Andrei, however, does know and he can sort of tell the two have it even if they're not 100% aware. He tries to research it, mainly to try support his Komandir as best as he can, but he supposes knowing how to support Graves too is a bonus, but he finds it hard to find much information
( I am gonna add, out of the two of them Graves is the most likely to eventually get a diagnosis, but he wouldn't get one for a long time if he could help it )
Andrei also growing to slowly care for Graves, because he can tell Makarov cares for him even if he won't admit it and if Makarov cares for him then so does Andrei. I think he'd be the one to try set them up properly if they'd isn't get together officially after a while
Also, Makarov having extreme cuteness aggression. If he and Graves (and maybe Andrei) were ever to officially date he would 100% be randomly punching people or things purely because he feels too many positive emotions and he doesn't know how to handle it
I like to imagine that even if Andrei isn't officially included in their relationship he is still a part of it, because he's Makarov's at the end of the day and wherever Makarov is he is. Graves doesn't mind him being around because he finds Andrei kind of cute anyways
Because I have AvPD so now he does. Also because AvPD sometimes gets mistaken for Social anxiety so yeah,, though he could have both actually

König who likes working in the field because there's rules, a clear set of instructions, he knows what to do and he knows he does it well. He doesn't fear failure here, because he knows he won't fail. He's confident and arrogant and he knows it and he won't apologise
König who hates being back on base, hate not having a mission, hates not having a clear objective. He doesn't feel comfortable in large groups, so he mostly avoids the mess hall, he has a few people he likes talking to, Horangi, Roze, ect but even then he doesn't feel good at it. He always fears messing up, humiliating himself or being rejected and abandoned over something stupid. His confidence seems to disappear off the field and it's very noticeable
König who plans out what he's going to say before every debrief and every meeting, who recites every word in his head over and over and still somehow stumbles over them. König who's always shaking a little when he has to present himself to his squad, though sometimes he can hide it he doesn't always notice it's happening
König who avoids confrontation like the plague, avoids doing anything new, anything that could humiliate him. He never asks people out, never asks for anything if he can help it, the chance for rejection is too high and unless he can guarantee a yes (which is almost never) then he won't ask.
König who, despite being a hulking mass of muscle, finds himself scared of simple things like dating. Finds himself paranoid even, searching every expression, every message, every word, for any kind of sign someone doesn't like him. Even if he doesn't find one he remains on guard
König who sometimes relaxes, lets the mask slip once he's comfortable, only when he's around his safe people (Horangi mostly, but sometimes Roze, he finds them the most comforting). During those times he feels,, happy, calm. He likes being with his safe people. However he hates when they go into big groups, it feels like they're leaving him, but he wouldn't dare admit it to them
König who avoids everything, from his trauma to his feelings to confrontation in general. He's scared of being scared in a way. Desperate to feel okay, only to end up destroying himself in the process
Also König who never ever talks to civilians, infact he refuses to talk to people unless he has to, and even then he avoids it. He has no interest in people unless he knows they'll like him. He also hates working with new people because of this, despite how confident he is in his abilities, he always fears being made fun of
König being terrified of superiors, doubly than most soldiers, because the potential of them not liking him, of reprimanding him or humiliating him, is way too high for his liking. He tries to be as good for his superiors as he can but more often than not comes off as either an anxious mess or a silent monster
I’m bored at work again and I found more cyberpunk headcanons and ideas. So here’s some on Bendy for ya! ❤️
- (idk if I already shared this one) Bendy really likes listening to old music (1970-current). He also really likes more obscure bands that nobody knows about. Aside from that he loves punk rock, grunge, electro swing, and a few popular broadway songs. Especially any cool dance numbers.
- Bendy loves to dance. But because this isn’t the 1920s he does other dance styles aside from ballroom dancing and swing. He likes jazz, swing, and especially hip hop. I haven’t done hip hop dance in a LOOONNGG time and we never went over the different types so I had to look it up. Sorry if it’s inaccurate or something. But he’d do variations on a couple of different styles. Especially with breaking, turfing, footwork, jazz-funk, and boogaloo (I cant tell the difference between regular and electric boogaloo). And you bet your butt he knows a couple Gangsta Walking moves XD. (If you don’t know what these are and want to know I’d recommend looking it up. I watched some videos on youtube to try to get the vibe. Not extensive research but I hope enough to get the idea.)
- Bendy also has a cybernetic eye. Like Cup. He had it replaced after an incident with a street gang as a kid, but got a really crappy one that broke a lot but it looked like his old eye. He had to learn how to fix it a lot of the time. That sparked an interest in (not only mechanics) but specifically with cyberware. (Kidna ironic he’s a demon finding an interest in a field that his race is known for. I legit just realized the irony as I’m writing this XD)
- After the labyrinth, and the fight with the Night Terror, his old eye got completely wrecked. Hat and Flug set him up with the one you see now in his character designs. It has a black sclera and red iris (Hat’s idea, not Bendy’s). But it works a thousand times better than his old one so he doesn’t mind.
- Bendy and Flug sometimes gush a bit over tech and compare designs, but Bendy doesn’t fully trust Flug because of what happened with the demon blood experiment.
- Bendy, Boris, and Holly, on top of their scrap repurposing business, started to make and sell little gadgets for everyday use and self defense and things that can be used in or pass off as accessories. Especially helping to thief proof everyday items like wallets and purses. (Tracker systems, alarm riggings, or ways to hide it well for easy use but still out of the reach of sticky fingers) that kind of thing.
