no one ever tells you that getting your heart broken isn't a one time thing. your heart breaks over and over and over with every memory, every what if, every realization that the person you love the most doesn't care about you anymore, that they never will again. and every time your heart breaks into smaller pieces until you feel like you have nothing left to put back together.

It's so much easier to disassociate rather than feel this heartbreak.

I wonder if its addiction or because its all ive been doing since i was a kid. Dont feel just do.

Trying to not disassociate in tiktok. Download and delete it again.

Its just the same thing anyway. Relationship videos. Heartbreak videos. Tarot card readings telling me you are my flame and you will come back.
